I loved how positively the staff responded to my requests. They were really helpful! It was very clean and quiet. The only thing I didn't like was no AC with the weather so unusually hot. Otherwise, everything was great!

The room itself was good and clean besides the fact that there is no air conditioner. But there is a fan. The area around is super quite. The receipton doesnt work 24/7. If you cone to hotel late, you will need to open the door by yourself. Did not feel safe.

Best bit was the secure underground parking The area looks very run down.unsure when the photos was taken but they are certainly not recent . Did not feel to Safe walking back after going out for a meal

Wij verbleven drie nachten in Trip Inn City Hotel Krefeld en waren onder de indruk van de gastvrijheid. De kamer was brandschoon, het bed lag heerlijk. Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en dacht met ons mee over leuke uitstapjes in de omgeving. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en van hoge kwaliteit – met versgebakken broodjes en lokale producten. Kortom: een aanrader voor wie op zoek is naar rust, comfort en persoonlijke service!
