Located within a 4 minute walk from the train station was convenient. Staff was very helpful, the room was clean and comfortable. Stayed there two nights and would go back.

The room was really modern, clean and a great size. The hotel is in a fantastic location, only a few minutes walk from the train station and the main market square. There was no noise at night. The staff were really helpful and friendly. We highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Krakow.

This is a lovely hotel. Really well located - close to the old town and shopping centre. Stuff are very helpful. Excellent coffee in the cafe and amazing cocktails in the bar. Rooms are relatively spacious for a city hotel. The gym was good for a hotel gym - 2 treadmills, a cross trainer, a multi-gym and free weights

The hotel is in a very convenient place right next to the train station, shops and Old town.It's lovely, clean and modern. The staff are friendly and helpful. Good facilities in the room with a nice hot shower. Would recommend.

Perfect location, excellent well equipped rooms. Young staff, enthusiastic, cheerful & helpful. We were located very close to the train/ bus station, shopping mall & a short walk from the main square. Our ages ranged from 22 to 75 yrs and we all said that the hotel was excellent & that we wouldnt hesitate to book again.

Great large room with comfy bed and all the amenities you could need. Staff very friendly, especially when it came to trying to fix our room issues. Firstly the TV refused to connect to the Internet meaning it wouldn’t even start. It was fixed during the day and worked however it repeated the same fault the following day. The room AC also didn’t allow us to set it below 19C. When enquiring it’s because the cooling side is turned off over winter. Understandable but not great when we both liked the room colder. Staff were apologetic and helped the best they could nevertheless

Crème de la crème! I am very picky when it comes to the hotel selection because I am traveling a lot for work. This hotel is just superb in every aspect: front desk, cleaning service, dinning experience, location, quiet rooms, very comfortable bed, and cherry on the top is the sophisticated and contemporary interior and exterior design. Tribe hotel is not just “staying in another hotel” it is an experience. I am absolutely impressed overall and if I ever come back to Krakow again I am definitely staying in this hotel. Bravo Tribe Hotel!!

Krakow stay

We chose Tribe for it's location. It is a very new hotel located super close to the train station (plus Galeria Krakowska) and Krakow's main tourist area. It is super easy as a tourist to make this as a base for your stay in Krakow. The airport has a train that stops off every half hour to the main train station. Connected to the train station is a shopping mall. Tribe is a cross walk and a very short walk from the shopping mall. It is only a 10 15 minute walk to Rynek Glowny from Tribe. This is also is a very enjoyable, safe touristy walk. The main train station provides train service to Poland and beyond. Also the main bus station is adjacent to the main train station. If you are planning to go to Zakopane, Auschwitz or the salt mine either you can either get a tour to pick you up or just travel from the train or bus station. The hotel has a gym that I used daily. It is small but it works. We had the daily breakfast for our stay. The food was good. All off the hotel's front desk staff we encountered spoke more than adequate English.

Comfort and convenient but avoid the breakfast.

Smart, comfortable hotel excellently situated. Most of the numerous young members of staff are friendly and welcoming, but they seem inexperienced. The breakfast is very disappointing. There is plenty to eat but It is badly laid on a circular bar with scarcely a metre for guests to move in. When a group of people arrive, it is a positive scrum. There are jugs of flavoured water but I had to ask for orange juice. "We don't have any" was the reply of a sullen girl on my last day. Is this the only hotel where there is no orange juice at breakfast. And no bacon either! But there is spaghetti--yes, for breakfast. Even the Italians don't eat spaghetti at breakfast. And there were stodgy, tubular "noodles", but no tomatoes, mushrooms or potatoes. A motley selection. And the cheese and cold meats (chunks not slices) are tucked away in fridge which has a door that won't stay open. The breakfast seems Vegan/vegetarian friendly, but elderly guest might be less impressed. In short, there are dozens of places in Krakow where one can get a first-rate breakfast, but the Hotel Tribe is certainly not one of them.

Absolutely fabulous, could not have asked for a better location! The rooms spotless, the staff amazing! I forget the name of the lady who checked us in but she checked us in on the 11th Feb around 12/1pm and the wonderful Conrad checked us out! 😊 we had a fantastic stay and will return.
