Ebookers website had wrong information about logging in. We had to call both Ebookers and the hotel twice to get the codes. The room air was bad and ventilation had to be done through the window. Cleaning was for a fee, but the apartment did not have tools for self-cleaning. The equipment was bad anyway. We found a bed bug on the floor. The contact stated that it had come from an open window.
