We booked the Superior Apartment which has a large living room, kitchen, bedroom with 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed. Clean large bathroom. Plenty of closet spaces. We loved it. Highly recommend. Short walk to Old Town, Wawel Castle and other attractions.

The hotel was quiet and very convenient to the centre of Krakow with restaurants close by. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was enjoyable with a wide variety of foods. We had a very pleasurable stay and would highly recommend staying there.

Great location

This was our second stay here and it is in a perfect location for enjoying all that Krakow has to offer. It is exceptionally clean both in public areas and in the room. The breakfast is basic but good enough to set you up for a days sightseeing.

Perfect located hotel

The rooms are neat and tidy. Beds a bit hard and uncomfortable. Staff at the reception and in the breakfast restaurant were very helpful. Really nice people working at the hotel - willing to help and advise. They made us feel welcome. The location of the hotel is perfect - right in the center of the old town and just a short walk from the main square.

Wonderful stay!

We loved our stay at Portal House Apartments! It was the perfect location, so close and walkable to so many sights, shops, restaurants and super easy to catch a tram from there to head to other parts of the city. Our room was very spacious and it was nice to have a little balcony! The staff were all lovely and very helpful throughout our four night stay! Would definitely stay again!

Very nice and helpful people at the desk and we enjoyed the breakfasts which were different every day. Apartment was beautiful with plenty of storage and we enjoyed the balcony. My only problem, being a short person, was getting in and out of the tub which had very high sides.

Fab location just around corner from the main square. We stayed in the top floor apartment which was so spacious and comfortable. We were 3 friends staying together so this was ideal. Lovely breakfast and staff were really helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend.
