The stay was in a great location, the main square was a 5 minute walk. The apartment we had was clean and comfortable. The breakfast across the road in Velo was delicious.

Perfect accommodation

Great accommodation I a central location. Very clean and comfortable rooms, beds comfortable. Good shower. Tea and coffee making facilities. Good communication with staff at the end of a phone if needed. Lovely places to eat just a short walk away in the old town.

Great accomodation

This property was a last minute booking due to our previous accommodation being awful. It cost less than the previous accommodation (hostel) and it was perfect. The room was modern and clean. The bathroom was nice with plenty of hot water. We was on the 3rd floor and it was warm but we just popped the Aircon on for 5 minutes and it soon cooled down. I would stay here again if I'm ever on Krakow

Excellent all round service , superb communication , given that the booking was made less than 24 hours before we arrived. Door code and room keys available with easy to follow instructions. Rooms / bathrooms were clean , tidy and modern , everything worked. Breakfast served across the road was also great quality. Parking, Given the central location , is it not surprising that it is not available but park at the National Museum underground car park ( 60 PLZ per day at time of posting ) Great central location for exploring central Krakow. Given we stayed over the weekend and the place was busy , the lack of noise was both surprising and welcome. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Good, but would be excellent if third bed better.

Good communication initially, easy access instructions provided. Great location to different areas. Not too noisy in our experience. Shower good. Room Clean. The beds weren’t the best, main bed very hard, and the sofa / pull out bed was terrible, our 13 year old son who’s small and light struggled with the bars digging into him. They aided with arranging transfers, the first one great no issues, got us to the apartment with ease, the second transfer back to the airport never showed up. I emailed after 20 mins, they usually response very quick I had no reply this time which was disappointing. Overall good hotel, good location, just a better third bed would give it 5 stars.

Comfortable stay in the center

Comfortable stay close to the centre of Krakow and main attractions. Room is very spacious, nice bathroom. Self check in and check out.

Easy and central , but hot !!

Building is quite central and facing high traffic road, but we did not hear anything as we had a room on the other side of the building. We lives on the 3rd floor and the room had only a sky-window 3 meters up, so no real escape route, but however a nice blackout option. Biggest issue was that the AC did not work even as I used the remote to set the unit in cooling mode, 16 degrees and full power on fan…. So the room was like a sauna… The breakfast area seemed like under construction so not a real option… Otherwise fairly new furniture in the rooms and good beds

Fresh lägenhet men mycket att önska.

Kontrollen till AC var utav universal modell och fel inställd så den inte kunde styra ACn fick själv ställa in den rätt. Frukosten började inte serveras förrän klockan 8 och ingen kall dricka ingick (ej buffe) Vi fick för lite handdukar . Extremt dåligt tryck i duschen. Möglig fog i duschen. Porten gick ej i lås.

Esperienza positiva

Valuto l’esperienza molto positiva. Struttura pulita e accogliente. Vicinissima alla zona centrale, in pochi minuti si è nella piazza principale. Unica pecca non vi è reception quindi si fa check in autonomia e si può comunicare via telefono o whatsapp. Sicuramente struttura che consiglio

Tricheurs !!

On ne peut bien sûr pas appeler ça un hôtel !! Pas de réception, pas d'entretien de la chambre, pas de renouvellement minimum des dosettes Nescafé/Lipton, etc... et l'envoie des codes trop tard m'obligeant à demander de l'aide à un habitant de Cracow qui parle polonais pour que je réussisse au bout d'une demie-heure à avoir de nouveaux codes... Et pas de fenêtre sinon un vatistas plafond où la pluie tambourine lorsqu'il y a la moindre pluie... Etc, etc... C'est du bluff, c'est du profit affiché de la façon la plus malhonnête et irrecevable, bref, c'est un endroit à fuir et à déconseiller à n'importe qui !!

Fornøyd- misfornøyd.

Helt nydelig lokale/rom. Kode til døra og Nøkkelkort til rommet i boks på veggen. Ingen resepsjon- klar deg selv. 4 dagers opphold uten å se snurten av personer som jobbet der eller noe utført renhold på rommet. Gikk tom for dopapir, måtte skaffe selv. Bra beliggenhet i forhold til gamlebyen, men mye trafikkstøy.

Tres bien situé, spacieux et propre. Sofa lit très peu confortable. Les heures de déjeuner au restaurant affilié à l'hôtel (quand on réserve avec déjeuner)sont très restreintes et ne conviennent pas aux sorties/ visites matinales. Heureusement, l'hôtel a accepté de nous rembourser(toujours à recevoir). Service de navette fiable.
