Amazing place right in the center of Krakow. Very clean room with everything you need. Looks just like the pictures. Literally 3 minute walk to market square. Can't find anything else better. Amazing staff too, very helpful and held luggage for us.

The rooms we all well presented on our arrival. Spotlessly clean!!! So many amenities that we didn’t even have time to use, there was everything that we would need. We were very comfortable in the rooms. Situated in an ideal location and easily accessible. The rooms were slightly too hot and there was no way to adjust. This was the only item for feedback.

Immaculate interior. One thing travelers ought to know: the map provided by Expedia (which I followed) takes you to building number 11 but in fact the property is number 5…so it can be confusing. The apartments are above a restaurant beer garden and so it can be loud in the evenings. There is no lift at this property either, luckily I was on the first floor, so not a huge issue. The facilities are pretty good and the decor is really high quality.

Perfect location

I really enjoyed my stay, I was there for 3 nights and the location was perfect for exploring. Reception were super helpful and the bag drop was useful for extra time to explore. I had seen some reviews that it can be loud with the bar underneath but I did not find this at all! My only criticism was the curtains were very thin and so by 5am the room was full of light.

Apartment was excellent. Location excellent. We were only there for a long weekend but apartment contained everything we needed. Communication was good from the company. Only fault I would say was lack of clothes storage and hangers. We managed fine with only the two of us and it only being for a long weekend. More people and for a longer period of time would have ment clothes all over.

Things we liked- location (this also will be a thing we didn't like ) close to the Main Square which is where all the activity is - very spacious - great for family use with need of more than 1-2 beds lots of room for 3-5 people - clean and tidy - bed very comfortable in living area not as comfie in the bedroom - kitchen area handy with a fridge - but limited towels etc Things we didn't like - no ac (we got lucky it got cool at night and we opened the windows for a cross breeze but ac is needed here in summer it would have been crazy hot and I mean stifling hot - no coffee maker when one could easily be in the room - the stairs!!! it's up 2 pretty big flights of stairs which was a pain for luggage and after full days of walking - access was 1 key which left us locked out waiting a few times - no faceclothes and limited towels we made due but noticed the lack of that - staff was ok got us checked in never really saw anyone there till we checked out This is the big one - this place is really pretty great except for the location - it's over a pub and wow the screaming and yelling from the British Soccer Club patrons was wild until 4-5 am and with us needing the windows open it was noisy and not great sleep waking up every hour to sirens and hooting and even the loud chatter of patrons enjoying themselves - ac in the place would fix this even just a floor unit would be a huge help to keep windows shut for the crazy noise all night and into the wee hours of the morning

Poor service from management

The hotel is centrally located and the rooms are large. Restaurants and pubs close by, along all other shops. But that's where the positives end. The rooms are worn, very worn. And you don't get cleaning until you ask for it. But the biggest problem was when the electricity went out in the apartment. We only had electricity in a couple of sockets in the kitchen and the bathroom. Nothing in the living room and bedroom. This wasn't fixed until after we had checked out. When I asked for a refund, I got a response from the reception that I had to ask for it by email, since it was the management who could give it to me and not the staff. When I did so, it was an absolute refusal. They said I hadn't expressed my dissatisfaction strongly enough, so clearly I must had been satisfied with the circumstances, was the answer I got. So remember to raise your voice and feel free to make a scene, if there's something you have to complain about. If You are polite and calm, You're obviously satisfied. But it must be pointed out, that when the hotel wouldn't give me a refund, Hotels.com gave me voucer for my next trip with them. Cred to them.

oors are VERY warped and crunchy, and the walls are paper-thin. It’s almost impossible to get any real sleep. I stayed in Apt 2 and the decor looked almost tolerable in photos, but in person it’s much worse. The walls are a NinjaTurtle Ooze green, there are splatters all over the kitchen area. The dining chairs have water damage. The room is also right next to the housekeeping office, so there’s constant chit chat, hanging around and noise from very early in the morning. Downstairs, there are a English style bar, so the hallway and entrance smell strongly of cigarettes, and it gets loud at night.

Beliggenheden er helt fantastisk og det var dejligt at det var mere som en lejlighed end et hotel. På de 9 dage vi var der blev der gjort rent en gang, hvis man ville have mere skulle man betale for det. Man skal være opmærksom på at der er udendørs servering og bare i gården som godt kan larme om natten, hvis man vil sove med vinduerne åbne. Hvis der skulle gøres noget bedre skulle det være at der var et spisebord med stole til, i lejligheden så man kunne sidde ordentligt at spise, samt en ovn og nogle pander. Alt i alt har det været et super ophold, beliggenheden er klart det som trækker op.

Je pense que le point le plus positif c'est le personnel. En amont du voyage, ils répondent à toutes nos questions via la messagerie. Generelt likte jeg alt, en elegant oppussing, nye møbler, ny stil og design, det var alt nødvendig, både retter og muligheten til å lage mat. Det eneste var at det var varmt å sove. Det er en vifte, men det er støyende, hvis du åpner vinduet er det også støyende, hvis jeg forsto informasjonen riktig, var det noe som gjestene må vaske rommet selv etter utkastelse, det er ikke vanskelig, men. følelsen er at ingenting kan berøres for å gjøre det rent.
