Above and beyond!

Veronica was very helpful and gave clear instructions. Well appointed in the Market Square, close to many of the varied restaurants. Loads of little extras in the bathroom and kitchen, like coffee pods, sugar, milk, cotton buds, etc made a big difference. We made sure to replace what we used, to give the next couple a similar experience!!

Great apartment, would definitely return

We loved this apartment, we booked the Royal studio suite for 4 nights. We booked a pick up via the apartment directly, it was expensive at 160PLZ but they literally walked us to the door. Our return was an Uber and only 45 PLZ. The apartment was up one flight of stairs, no lift available, but stairs are easy and wide. Our apartment didn’t have a market view but it was very quiet being at the back of building. Apartment was in perfect location, it was extremely clean and very well equip. There was a coffee machine with pods, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, plus some other little extras we didn’t expect. The tv had English channels and the lighting was great. Highly recommend and would 100% return.

Superb location! And quiet since we did not have a view to the square but to an unkept patio. I would plant ferns . It will give it an eco look. The TV was big and you could have great view from bed and sofa (not always the case). The apartment was warm as the days were getting colder and it had a dishwasher which was great. Starbucks was just steps so I could get croissants . Also steps away from all restaurants. I was travelling with 2 elderly ladies, one on a walker. No elevator but the room was on first floor 15 steps. The lady at the reception was great. Victoria organized our transport to and from the airport. Even short noticed. We were allowed to leave our bags after the 11am checkout and given codes to get to retrieve them if not there is a luggage place 1 min away for 20zlt per bag. The bed was super comfy the pull out couch had a very thin mattress. I will come back and stay here again.

We stayed in the apartment as couple and found it to have everything we needed to ensure an enjoyable and comfortable stay. The apartment was decorated and furnished to a very high standard and essentials were provided. Couldn't ask for a better location, directly on the Rynek!

We stayed in the Royal Apartment for 4 nights, to celebrate my partners 30th Birthday. The apartment was perfect, beautifully decorated, modern, clean and full of useful little bits such as toothbrushes, cotton pads etc. Agatha who owns the apartments was incredible! She went above and beyond and did not complain once at my requests (I requested 30 balloons and champagne to be in the room on arrival). She fulfilled my requests, which made our trip just that bit more special and was super helpful pointing out local sites and places to eat on a map. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic!!! Definitely going back when traveling to Kraków,again.Big apartment with lots of natural light. Parking situation was a pain in the a** but other then that nothing negative to say. Apartment had all that we needed plus extra sanitary products. Staff very friendly and helpful. Reply to all our needs in no time. Comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen and a cozy couch to watch a Netflix movie on a rainy day or just taking a break from all the walking and exploring the city. Five stares for me !!!
