The hotel was ideally situated for the main tourist areas in Krakow. It was 10 mins walk from the central train station and 5 minutes walk from the central square. The hotel itself was very clean, warm easy to access. All staff were very polite and helpful. We’re we stayed in room 34 which was on the third floor and at the back of the hotel. The room was very clean, warm and a good size. The bed was very comfy the bathroom a good size and spotless. Breakfast was of a good standard with the usual cold food and also an offering of hot food being scrambled eggs, pancakes, sausage and beans. The only negative albeit a minor one that the coffee from the automatic machine was only luke warm but they did provide instant coffee aswell. I would highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again on our next visit to Krakow. Thank you for a lovely stay.

I really liked this place. It has an old school Polish vibe with a friendly staff and an excellent included breakfast. It’s a clean, well run hotel. Quiet and convenient to everywhere in the center of town. The bed was a little to soft for my taste and the room was small, but I slept well. This place is an excellent value.

Quirky but delightful

For a rather cramped 5 floor hotel I really liked this hotel. Staff are friendly and responsive. Breakfast is in a slightly quirky basement but the food was good.

Good. Excellent breakfast. Street noises in room

The cheap table fan in the room was very noisy. When a replacement was requested, i was surprised to hear from the receptionist that there were no spare fans. A huge chain of hotels..and NOT EVEN ONE SPARE FAN! Or was the girl just too lazy or uninterested to look for another fan? Terrible. Noises from the street are very intrusive and disturb one's sleep. The breakfast was very good and the breakfast attendant was very friendly and helpful. Overall, not a bad stay but the young girl receptionist should develop better customer service skills and not look like we are a disturbance in her day.

Check in is at 2:00 and not a second earlier. But they did let us keep our luggage there while we walked around the city and waited for 2:00. (We arrived around noon.) breakfast was fine. I was kind of excited to see the different options from American hotels. Some of the choices were surpising. The beds were very small, but my sister and I are five feet tall so it was fine… and the air conditioner would not work as far as we could tell. We both messed with it and couldn’t figure it out. I did choose this hotel partially because of the air conditioning, so that was disappointing - it wasn’t terribly hot and maybe the air conditioning only works if it is super hot, but I didn’t choose “possible air conditioning if it’s hot enough.” I chose “air conditioning.” The toilet also would occasionally keep running forever if we didn’t mess with it and the window which we kept propped open most of the time since the air conditioning wouldn’t work was a little off the hinges. The staff was willing to exchange some zloty for coins for me in case we needed to pay for public toilets and they arranged a taxi back to the airport for us for a decent price. This room was pretty cheap, so I didn’t expect anything too amazing. Just basic bed, shower, free breakfast, air conditioner… It mostly met those expectations.

Loppukesän reissu

Työntekijät olivat todella ystävällisiä ja avuliaita. Lähdimme reissuun ennen aamupalan alkua, mutta saimme kahvia respan yhteydessä olevasta kahvilasta, koska respa on 24 h auki. Aamupala oli vaatimaton mutta riittävä, leipää, munia, jugurttia, hedelmiä jne perusasiat. Ainoat oikeat miinukset olivat jääkaapin puute huoneessa ja kuumuus. Elokuun lopussa ulkona on vielä +30 astetta ja huoneen pöytätuuletin melko tehoton. Onneksi respasta sai kylmää juotavaa 24h. Yöpymiseen ja peseytymiseen oikein riittävä ja hintatasoon nähden sellainen kun kuuluukiin. Sijainti on myös todella hyvä, parissa minuutissa pääsee kauppakeskukseen/juna-asemalle ja toiseen suuntaan pari minuuttia vanhaan kaupunkiin. Suosittelen!
