"Excellent helpful staff,especially Katarzyna at the reception. Room view fabulous and the bed was very comfortable. Lovely swimming pool and jacuzzi, clean and perfect size. Breakfast was plentiful, and lots of choice,my only gripe was that the coffee ,especially the cappuccino was not aromatic,and hardly any crema on the top."

"Loved our amazing historic king suite at reasonable cost. Walk 5-10 minutes to Wawel Castle grounds or to the beautiful and massive square for a horse and carriage. One of the nicest European hotels ever and we’ve been to the best. Love the dry sauna and little pool downstairs to refresh. "
