Amazing stay!

We had an amazing stay, perfect location, so clean and modern in the rooms, the entrance way had us concerned but as soon as we was taken to our apartment all the concerns went, it was a beautiful spacious, modern apartment, in the heart of the square with lovely views over the square, the reception staff we really accommodating and helpful, definitely 5stars!

The property had easy access to the square, meals, and shopping. We were visiting for a short time but we got to see a lot in a small amount of time. The shops in the square also have great souvenirs. Overall, this was a great experience.

A Perfect Apartment

The apartment is perfectly located just steps from the main square. The renovation is of high quality making for a very comfortable stay. We would highly recommend it.

Nice central room with sunny outside area.

Great small apartment for a nice weekend in the absolute center of the town. Only downside is the breakfast served at a restaurant 200 m away, the waiters were not interested in creating a nice atmosphere and the content of the predefined menus didn’t match the descriptions at the hotel.

Perfect Krakow apartment

Unbelievable location, literally overlooking the main square. Beautiful apartment with everything you need for a short or extended stay. Bit of a heatwave when we visited so the aircon was much appreciated, also the extensive TV package (Netflix, Prime, Apple) was an unexpected bonus when taking a break from hustle and bussel.

Great location right in the centre of the old town with coffee shops, supermarket, restaurants and bars all within a couple of minutes walk. Although it was a studio apartment it felt light and spacious and had good facilities including fridge, oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, hairdryer and kettle. The staff were friendly and helpful and the communication from the company is excellent. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

This hotel/apartment is in a great location. The room was clean, spacious, and was a great place to stay! The only downside is the night club right below the units (on the ground level and maybe first level of the building). Unfortunately they kept going ‘til 5 AM on the weekends, making sleep next to impossible (I was on the second level and right above the club). Finally on Sunday it stopped at a reasonable hour.

We've just had the best 4 days in these apartments at Feniks Fragola and would definitely come back. The location overlooking the square (not all apartments have a view so beware) is perfect and you're literally in the centre of everything. Clean, well equipped with really lovely staff. The only slight negative was lack of information before we arrived in terms of getting access to the apartment. We found at least another 2 or 3 couples experienced the same issue during our stay and we let them in. That aside everything else was first class.

Staff were so welcoming and friendly. Communication before and during our stay was excellent. We stayed in 2b fragola, queen room with a bay window. I loved sitting in looking out on to the main square. The flat was very clean and had everything we needed including a washing machine and dish washer. You could hear activity at night from the main square but it was part of the holiday. I would say there was some noise in morning which we think was the pubs and hotels getting stocked up but again due to location you can't expect anything else it didn't annoy or interrupt us. I would definitely stay again. You could also leave bags before and after check in which was very useful. There was tea, coffee and sugar in the room and a microwave.

The staff are lovely at reception and were very kind to us. Checking in and out was so easy. The apartment is lovely and light and in the most beautiful location. Such a gorgeous view from the window seat. The main bed is very comfortable as are the bed linens. There is alot of helpful things in the apartment such as iron, glass wear, cutlery and fridge. The only downside for me... I was disappointed in the sofa bed, although comfortable, it was rather dirty (the cushion ls are gross) and when I pulled it out to make the bed up, there was dirty tissues down the side and a vape on the floor behind with lots of dust. I also didn't think it was hygienic to store the coffee and sugar in the bathroom by the toilet.. It was a bit bizarre as there are alot of cupboards in the kitchenette area. Other than that, it was great and I would definitely stay again.
