We had such a lovely room, very modern and sleek looking. The location was ideal, 10-15 walk to the castle one way and a 10-15 minute walk to the old town another way. Close public transport too. The staff were lovely and helpful before our stay and during. They let you leave your luggage on your last day which was super helpful as our flight was late afternoon. The only downside was the AC fan was really loud when it was on, the sounds would wake us up in the night but you can just turn it off.

really nice hotel and very central to the centre of the old town. very clean hotel and housekeeping was great. good sized room and really good shower. fridge in the room also. breakfast available but we didn’t book it.

The room was lovely and clean - the only thing is there was a lack of tea choices and no milk. I also had to hold the power down to get the kettle working but I still wasn’t able to make a cup of tea. Overall, a really lovely stay!

Cute Boutique - Centrally Located

Cute boutique style hotel. Check-in was fast & friendly. They have an elevator, but some rooms require climbing a few steps, so if you have very heavy luggage or mobility issues this might not be easy for you. I liked that the breakfast buffet changed every day, so you don’t get bored with the same food.

Great hotel

Nice clean hotel with modern design. Quite surroundings and a Good place to stay if you are visiting the old town and Jewish quarter, as it is in between them. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good price as well compared to other hotels in area We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel because we wanted to try the many local cafes, but it did look nice and good value.

Lovely stay for the Christmas markets clean accommodation. However who ever is booked in as guests can't use the onsite restaurant. Its only available to book from outside. A bit strange to say the least

Average hotel in a good position

Nice room and balcony (204) with clean bathroom. The TV only had 3 channels working all of which were polish and the bed had a plastic/rubber cover that made you sweat and made a noise whenever you moved. We had to go down and ask for the WiFi password and for another key card as it didn’t work. At weekend the breakfast ran out of fruit for example and wasn’t replenished.

My room door was left open by the hotel staff. People who are likely to leave valuables in their room should not stay here. The location and room quality were good, and I thought it was worth more than the price, so it's a shame. I'll go into more detail. I asked for a refill of shampoo first thing in the morning, locked the room, and went sightseeing. When I returned to my room around 9pm, the door was still open. I happened to meet the people living in the room next door, and they noticed that leaving the door open for so long was unusual and took the time to contact the front desk. Despite that, the door was still left open. I had left my laptop and other valuables in a locked suitcase in my room. Fortunately, nothing was stolen, but the hotel has not apologized or offered any apology since. I have asked the front desk twice, and once by email, to contact me about the cause and future measures, but two weeks have passed and I have still not received any response. It appears that they do not view this as a major issue. It seems likely that there is a major problem with the hotel's management system, but as they do not seem to be recognizing this as a problem, it is unlikely that anything will be improved in the future. This hotel does not understand that hotels serve as storage spaces for guests' property, even if only temporarily, so I would not recommend this hotel to people who want to leave items that they would be in trouble if they lose.

Great hotel all in all
