Downtown Krabi Packages (Flight + Hotel)

The staff at Phu Dahla were really helpful and friendly throughout my stay. If I ever had any issues, they were quick to try and resolve them and help. Very accommodating. The pool area is really lovely, although sun loungers are limited so I’d recommend going down when the pool opens at 10am to grab one if you wish to spend the day there. They provide towels at reception. I did find that some days my room wasn’t cleaned even though I put the sign on the door and cleaning was very basic. The room is spacious, pretty basic, but having a big fridge/microwave is handy and separate areas of the room. Some days I had work to do, so this was a nice environment to be in, not just a bed to sleep in. It’s important to note that I only paid on average about £36 a night and this was in high season - so considering what I paid, I felt this was excellent given some places charge triple the price for the same standard. Very easy to hire a motorbike, get a taxi or transfer from the hotel down to the main road too which is also only a 10-15 minute walk. I would definitely stay again when I return in future. Budget, friendly, large, clean rooms, delicious breakfast close to 711 I would stay again, great pool area

They gave us the wrong room, so we had to pack and change rooms. Then, the air conditioner didn’t work so we had to change rooms again. The facilities are run down everywhere- needs renovation.

Newer hotel, a bit out of the way, quiet. Staff tried but we had a hard time as we don’t speak Thai and they didn’t speak English. Disappointed that they didn’t always clean our room.

Surroundings not maintained. Breakfast quality/selection is not good. The shuttle pick-up service offered is not on time or don’t show up. The only good experience was the swimming pool with the room was good and maintained. Overall not a good experience and would not stay here again.
