Enjoy my stay with Monkey :)​
I enjoyed my stay. Monkey stole my Kitkat. I was at balcony and she jumped to my balcony I was afraid at first so I did try to get back inside but I saw she was ready to jump in so I waited for a while suddenly she slided the door open herself and walked to the minibar and took my Kitkat and she back outside and eat. I was like WHAT!!! was fun. good experience, good resort, will be back.

พนักงานบริการดีมากๆ แม้ตะเป็นลูกค้าคนไทยก็ตาม ที่พักลงจากเรือก็ถึงเบยไม่ต้องเดินไกล อุปกรณ์เครื่องใช้ภายในห้องครบถ้วนไม่ขาดอะไร และใช้งานได้ดี ชองไดร์เป่าผมมาก ที่มีทั้งลมเย็นและลมร้อน ดีที่มีร่มให้ใช้ด้วย ไม้แขวนเสื้อผ้าก็คุณภาพดีและเยอะ

เข้าพักโรงแรมจำนวน 4 วัน 3 คืน การเดินทางสะดวกสบายเนื่องจากโรงแรมอยู่ติดกับท่าเรือที่มาจากอ่าวน้ำมา-ไร่เลย์ รร. มีบริการเรือฟรีรับส่งระหว่างท่าเรือ เดินทางเวลา 11.00 น. รร. อาหารเช้าอร่อย หลากหลาย พนักงานเป็นมิตร อัธยาศัยดี ส่วนมากจะเป็นชาวต่างชาติพัก ได้พักห้อง Deluxe Room ห้องกว้าง สะดวกสบายแต่ได้อยู่ชั้นล่าง ห้องน้ำจึงมีกลิ่นเหม็นท่อ และผ้าปูที่นอนปอกหมอนมีกลิ่นอับ แต่ขอพนักงานเปลี่ยนจึงดีขึ้น รร. สระว่ายน้ำด้านบนสวยและสบายมาก ที่ตั้งระหว่างรร อยู่ไร่เลย์ตะวันออก แต่สามารถเดินไปเล่นหาดไร่เลย์ตะวันตกและหาดถ้ำพระนางได้ไม่ไกลมาก มีทางเชื่อมเดินสะดวก อยู่ใกล้ร้านอาหาร โดยรวมดี ไร่เลย์ค่อนข้างเงียบสงบ เหมาะกับการมาพักผ่อนเป็นครอบครัว ไม่ค่อยมีปาร์ตี้เหมือนหาดอื่นๆ ค่อนข้างส่วนตัวและสงบ สามารถปีนผาบริเวณหาดถ้ำพระนาง หรือขึ้นไปจุดชมวิวและลากูนเพื่อชมวิวของหาดไร่เลย์ จะเห็นหาดไร่เลย์ทั้ง 2 ฝั่ง มีกิจกรรมทริปดำน้ำบริเวณใกล้เคียง เช่น เกาะพีพี เกาะห้อง หมู่เกาะ 4 เกาะและทะเลแหวก สามารถหาจากทัวร์ที่หาดไร่เลย์ได้ ชมพระอาทิตย์ตกดินบริเวณไร่เลย์ตะวันตก และกิจกรรมพายเรือคายัคบริเวณหาด

การบริการของพนักงานเป็นมิตร ให้บริการรวดเร็ว อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกหลากหลาย สัญญาณ wifi ในห้องพักไม่โอเค การบริการของแม่บ้านอาจขาดความรอบคอบในการทำความสะอาดห้องเช่นไม่เปลี่ยนแก้วใบใหม่ให้ ,อุปกรณ์ในห้องน้ำไม่เติม เนื่องจากลูกค้าพักต่อ นอกนั้นทุกอย่างดีแล้ว

The resort was so much better than we had anticipated. We were greeted with smiling staff, a welcome drink and cold towel. Our room was super spacious with a wonderful balcony with views of the towering rocks, pool area and playful monkeys. The breakfast buffet was the best we had during our 5 island hop. Really good quality food, great variety and continuously refilled. A new bottled water was provided in room for each guest daily, and from our experience, they didn't mind guests refilling at breakfast station which is not always allowed. Thanks goes to the staff for not over scrutinizing the guests, this was a refreshing experience!! I'm not sure why people insist on writing reviews complaining about a bad smell. The resort is located in a natural environment, it is not Disney World! The smell that everyone is mentioning is not faulty water system, it is the smell of surrounding mangroves. Mangroves do have a sulfur (gassy) smell on occasion when the tide is low. Wonderful pools and nice gym. Everything is easily accessible from this location. We loved Railay!

The staff are excellent. This location is very nice for all kinds of activities from hanging around the pretty beach to boat trips to the islands. Its not on the west side, but its so close it does not matter. You can save money and book this hotel and walk to the west side very easily. Only accessible by boat, but the boat trip is short and pretty simple. Shopping like crazy close by. Very chill area.

The hotel was in a great location, it was nice having a buffet breakfast in the morning.Leaving there was great as the boat was directed by them and very convenient . Only downfall of this resort was hard pillows.

Hotel ok, mas não vale a pena pela estrutura.
Hotel tem uma localização boa, perto do píer principal, estrutura de piscina é legal .. porém o hotel cheira muito forte esgoto, inclusive dentro de alguns quartos! Tivemos que reclamar e trocaram de quarto apenas no dia seguinte .. no geral eu não me hospedaria de novo!

Hotel ok, não me hospedaria de novo.
Hotel é bom, mas depende muito do quarto que você pegar, pois não existe um padrão, a mesma reserva deixou nosso grupo em quartos diferentes e eles não explicaram o porque. Em muitos lugares do hotel cheira esgoto muito forte! O café da manhã poderia ser mais ocidental e não tanto oriental! A estrutura de piscina é muito boa!

Pasamos unos dias excelentes. Muy lindo el hotel y las instalaciones. El personal muy amable, aunque es complicado hacerse entender tanto en la recepcion como con el resto del personal del hotel porque no hablan mucho ingles. Tienen dos piletas, pero te atienden solo en una y eso me resulto un poco incomodo porque tenes que estar yendo de una punta a la otra a pedir cosas, incluso para usar el baño. La comida muy rica y la ubicacion es excelente. Faltan tachos de basura, tal vez con algun sistema de cerrado co gancho. uno encuentra desperdicios por todos lados, botellas y vasos de plastico debido a los animales.

Hotel funzionale e comodo . Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo . Si trova adiacente al molo . Consiglio camere vicino reception e piani alti (meno umide). Colazione ottima . Ristorante usufruito solo x cenone di capodanno a buffet, buono . Nella struttura abbiamo acquistato escursione solo x noi 4 ben organizzata . Market e ristoranti vicino hotel . Si arriva alla spiaggia più famosa con passeggiata di 5 minuti . Railay è un punto di partenza per tante escursioni . Mille negozietti/bazar e ristoranti tra Railay west/ovest (proprio alle spalle del nostro hotel- basta uscire lato piscina) . Non abbiamo usufruito delle piscine .

This hotel is a good option for staying at Railay. It is very close to the East Railay pier, so if you are travelling with luggage, it is easy to get to and from. The rooms are spacious with good sized balconies. Housekeeping wasnt great though. There are horrible drain smells from the srain in the bathroom.floor sometimes and the bathrooms weren't cleaned thoroughly during our stay, only on arrival. The pool areas are good, and the pools are clean. Breakfast wasn't great. The food is kept in heated buffet servers, but they are not kept heated, so hot items like eggs and sausages are cold.

Great property! Nice and spacious room with all the amenities needed. Staff is super friendly. The only recommendation I would have is to add some extra lights, it was super dark in the room since there is only one light close to the door.

Fikk et hotellrom nede ved sumpen, derfor luktet det veldig. Kunne ikke benytte oss av balkong eller ha noen av dørene åpne. Badet var ikke av god standard. Døde innsekter på veggene var ikke vasket bord før vi sjekket inn. Heller ingen ventilasjon på badet, kun et form for åpent vindu der det også kunne komme innsekter og gekkoer inn. Great location right on Railay island although only way there is by boat which gets more expensive after 6pm. Staff was slow to respond after a few things started off broken in the room and no one came to collect laundry after multiple requests so just dropped it off at the front.

Our recent stay at Railay Princess Resort & Spa, a 4-star hotel, presented a blend of positives and areas for improvement. The room, while comfortable with firm beds and efficient air conditioning, faced the downside of a renovation site, impacting the view and introducing unwanted noise and odors. The presence of monkeys, although naturally occurring, limited our use of the balcony. The Christmas buffet and show, while enjoyable in spirit, came with limitations. Seated upstairs, our view of the show was restricted, lessening our experience. Additionally, the cost of almost 1900 baht per person felt steep, especially considering it was more than a regular feast meal for four. While understanding the premium of Christmas events, it was a bit disappointing. Breakfast offerings were basic but decent. The two pool areas stood out for their pleasantness, and the staff's service was notably good, showcasing Thailand's warm hospitality. The overall ambiance of Railay, resembling a hippie town with numerous weed spots, wasn't entirely to our taste, though the beach itself was lovely. In rating the hotel, considering its 4-star status, we'd give it a 3 out of 6. The specific location of our room and the Christmas event pricing significantly influenced our view. It's a suitable option for those looking for simple accommodation in Railay, particularly during the high season.

Excelente hotel.
Hotel fica ao lado do pier de onde chegam os barcos das outras ilhas/praias, facilita muito. Os quartos são bem espaçosos e confortáveis. Café da manhã com bastante Variedade. A piscina é linda. Os atendentes também são super atenciosos.

We had requested some information about how to get to the hotel but there seemed to be some communication issues. All sorted in the end. The stay was amazing. The breakfast was a good start to the day. The rooms were cleaned well each day considering the amount of sand that seemed to appear each day from us. The beaches are stunning and we could easily have spent another four days and been very happy. The hotel is located next to the floating pier so very easy to get to. Would definitely stay again.

Does the job
I needed a one night stay in Railay and this seemed like the best value. Honestly, it’s fine. Nice spacious room BUT incredibly hard bed and pillows made for a lousy night’s sleep. Plus poor room lighting (they give you a torch (though no battery)because the bed light doesn’t work.

Great value for your money
Great hotel with excellent food, very nice staff and great location. The spa was also great with an amazing view, where we enjoyed a couple's massage after our long flight.
