The hotel was very nice, beautiful view of the mountains and walking distance to food and shopping. The staff was very nice and friendly. There was a very good breakfast included in our stay too.

Mediocre at best, ugly views from windows
Big disappointment. Location was not next to beach and surrounded by poorly planned crowded construction and surrounddd by cranes as new buildings were under construction. When searching, it was listed at $46/night, so cheap, however, for some reason, I was charged $115 by Hotels.com and nothing I could do to fix it! Only redeeming thing, the restaurant room service was killer! Like the best pad Thai and green curry EVER. However, breakfast buffet was disappointing.

Beautiful roof top view of the city with a pool. It seems like not many people know about it, so take a look! Very nice staff and clean rooms, however, wifi was not great on our floor.

Godt hotel
Fantastisk hotel, som vi har benyttet før for 2 år siden. Lækker morgenmad, god service. Men lokalområdet er blevet for turistpræget med mange hoteller og barer. Ao Nang Beach er ødelagt af forurening med kloakvand. Var i Ao Nang første gang i 2009, hvor stranden var et paradis.

Stadthotel mitten im Geschehen. Es muss einem klar sein, dass es etwas lauter sein kann durch Verkehrslärm und auch Bauarbeiten an anderen Hotels. Sobald die Balkontüren geschlossen sind, bekommt man davon kaum etwas mit. Ansonsten sehr gute Lage, um Unternehmungen zu starten. Restaurants, Bars, Rollervermietungen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Nachbarschaft.

진짜 별로에요.
일단 너무 습하고, 위치가 아오낭에서 꽤 멀어요. 화장실에서 물이 줄줄 새서 방을 바꿔 달라 했더니, 수리 해 준다고 하고 바꿔 주지도 않네요. 고친 다음에는 온수가 안나와서 결국 바꿨고요. 조식 오믈렛 하는데 옆에서 바퀴 벌레가 기어 다니는데도 쉐프(?) 는 놀라지도 않네요. 저는 다시 안갈것 같아요. 3일 있는동안 너무 괴로웠어요. wifi 는 방에서는 거의 안된다고 보시면 됩니다.

Nice view and accessible location
I'd stay at this hotel for 3 nights 4 days. Firstly, It was great to stay there :) However, there were a lot of ants on the bed... so we asked for get rid of ants and other insects to hotel staff and after that, it was fine. Secondly, I love swimming pool :) You can enjoy mountan view inside pool!! but it is narrow. Lastly, breakfast was good! I love it! the location was ok and you can go to ao nang beach by walk in 15 min.

South African Visit
Stay was good. Friendliness of reception staff can be better. Staff at the desk for activities is lazy and can do more effort. Cleaners is working hard and is very friendly. Pool-bar staff is excellent and friendly. The hotel may considder to do a BBQ at the pool and put on some music. The bathrooms in the bedrooms permamently got a bad smell due to building's sewerage layout. Overall a good hotel and value for money.

Fajny Hotel w dobrej lokalizacji i w dobrej cenie
Wyjazd na długi weekend w Tajlandii. Pobyt w Hotelu bardzo fajny, dwa baseny, leżaki. Pokój w pełni wyposażony, stan pokoju dobry. Witać, że Hotel nie budowany wczoraj, ale jego stan jest bardzo dobry jak na Tajskie Warunki. Bardzo dobre śniadanie, jedno z lepszych jakie jadłem w Tajskich Hotelach. Okolica ciekawa, 15 min spacerem do głównej plaży skąd można jechać na różne wycieczki w okolicy.

It's quite good hotel with beautiful view. We had room on 7th floor. it's a little bit strange that you have a lift till 6th floor and than you should walk. for me it was Ok but probably for older people it could be problem. The internet is very bad!!!!. at the beginning they told us story that there is internet problem in our room only and tomorrow they are going to fix it. it wasn't done. the room was quite old but clean and comfortable with amazing view balcony. one word i should tell about bed. Don't even think to jump on it - you can broke your chest. breakfast was great. Overall I have good feeling after staying in this hotel and would recommend to stay here.

Very average if not below
This was a very average if not below average place to stay. My girlfriend and I weren't very thrilled with this pick. We asked for a double bed and got two singles pushed together. The shower barely worked and the sink doesn't drain. The room had an odd odour to it as well. Wifi was terrible to get on to and to stay connected. The pool is pretty nice and the view from our room was good.

O hotel parece ter sido muito bom no passado, hoje em dia já está um pouco decadente. O problema começa na recepção, o inglês dos recepcionistas é bem ruim, o que dificulta a comunicação. A piscina fecha bem cedo, às 18:00 horas, ou seja,, quem passa o dia na rua e quer aproveitar um pouco mais da piscina não tem esta chance. O café da manhã é mediano. O sinal do wi fi é péssimo.

tæt på det hele men fredeligt fra larm
Hotellet er flot indrettet og du får meget for pengene. Var wild med vores udsigt over bjergne og havet. Der er fredeligt og intet larm. Gå ud af hotellet på blot 2 minutters gang så kommer vi over på hovedvejen ind til byen hvor er tæt på det hele.

Bad service and over priced
We had to change to a another hotel straight when we came because the room was not in condition that there could be live in. we had to wait 40min for pick up. They showed this other hotel on the map and it seemed that its almost at the beach but it was far away. Also it was not that good hotel room. There was one mattress missing so the bed was really bad. I have been here 3 years ago and those days this was nice. No it hasnt take care of anymore and it is over priced.

very good location, nice room with view
we got room on the 2 and 6th floor, both confortable and with a view. room at 2nd were on the pool, on the 6th with sea view. excellent deal for the price we got. don't look for a bar if raining, there is none. it us supposed to be at the breakfast place which is not a funny place even if breakfast are generous!

古いがビーチに歩いていける距離のホテル
古さは感じましたが全体的に清潔感はありました。ビーチまでは歩いて15分ほどで思っていたよりかは遠かったですが、歩けない距離ではありません。プールはきれいでのんびり過ごせましたが、共有プールに直接入れる部屋があるため、その部屋は少しうるさいかもしれません。近くにコンビニもあり便利でした。 大晦日の日にガラディナーに参加しましたが、系列ホテルとの合同開催のため、その系列ホテルにバンで移動しました。車で15分くらいの距離なので、歩いてホテルに戻ることは出来ません。そのバンは何人かいれば出してくれる様子でしたが、すぐに部屋へ戻れる訳ではないので、年末泊まる方は気をつけた方がいいと思います。

Convenient and clean but no wifi
I reserved a room with wo single beds. When we got there to check in they seemed confused about something and then came to tell me that they could only give us a room with a king bed. The bed was big though and relatively comfortable. We never got the wifi to work. The breakfast was great though and the staff is friendly. The area is also great for restaurants and shopping but away from all the bars and resorts so it's still quiet at night.

Dessverre en meget dårlig opplevelse
Hadde et forferdelig dårlig opphold. Ble vekket midt på natten når rotter laget et helvetes spetakkel i taket på rommet. Nattevakten sa vi kunne sove på et annet rom klokken 4 om morgenen !! Siden vi skulle sjekke ut noen timer senere, var det utelukket å flytte rom for noen timer. Etter en forferdelig natt, kom vi til en frokost som var sparsommelig og midt på treet. Spurte etter appelsinjuice, og det kunne vi KJØPE ! Utrolig dårlig service, så anbefaler overhodet ikke dette hotellet

Best breakfast buffet
We really liked this hotel. We stayed here almost a week and were very happy overall! The staff were very friendly and the breakfast buffet was excellent! The wifi was a bit rough going but we found that in most of Thailand anyways.

They wouldnt bother to give sick partner a tissue
The room and facilities were quite okay for the price. All I can remember from this hotel is one thing: The customer service was incredibly unfriendly. Anytime we requested something they were rude and they seemed to not wanting to be bothered with our request (e.g. a replacement for the broken hairdryer). On the last day my partner fell sick, she needed some water for the pills before we travelled on. The hotel charged us 60 baht for the water and when asking for tissues the front desk woman said "dont have". Only after I got upset with the service they would reveal the large tissue box that was on the table on her right. Do yourself a favour and spend your money at another hotel.

Lots of better options around
We were very disappointed. First, the Internet didn't work in our room. We called the reception to ask for help and they told us someone would go to the room and help us. Nobody showed for 2 hours and when we went to the reception and asked for the help they were supposed to give, not even an apologize. Nothing. Later, the electricity of the room stopped working. Again, called the reception and this time someone actually showed up minutes later. However, we received a very weird call from the reception insinuating that the electricity stopped working because we had too many things on at the same time ( it was more than 10 pm, we were just watching tv). Breakfast is also not that good. The good thing: the pool. But follow my advice: there are lots of better places next to and in front of this place. You'll definitely find a better place ( and that's what we did).

Esta un poco lejos de la playa, aunque en tuk tuk no hay problema. Las albercas muy bien, el desayuno también. El personal un poco seco en general. Las habitaciones grandes y limpias. La vista es muy linda en los últimos pisos.

2* at best!! Do not stay here!!
This hotel is 2 * at best. Do your self a favour and do not book this hotel!! When we checked in our room had a really terrible dirty smell like it had not been used or cleaned in months so we asked twice for someone to spray some airfreshener - they never did. We went out for the rest of the afternoon and came back to find giant cockroaches in the bathroom along with several bugs in the bed. When we complained to management about it on the telephone they said someone would come up to look. We waited for 30 minutes and no one showed up so we went down to reception to see what was going on. The manager was unbelievably rude and said it was our problem not his! He was unwilling to do anything to help us and was very rude. In the end he left without offering us any resolve. We ended up booking ourselves into another hotel (blue sotel -highly recommend it!!) After paying upfront for 3 nights at krabi cha-da. We figured we would rather loose the €400 we paid for the 3 nights and actually enjoy our trip by staying else where because we would have been miserable in the cha-da.

Good hotel with nice view
Nice, clean hotel with friendly staff. Comfortable and spacious room, nice pool and good breakfast. Having stayed at another hotel in Krabi for the 2 nights prior to our stay at Krabi Cha-Da, this hotel was an improvement and much better value for money. We were welcomed with a refreshing drink and cool towel which was a nice touch, the check-in process was quick and smooth and our room was suitable for our 2 night stay. We'd booked a double room but it was actually 2 beds pushed together, however this didn't bother us as we weren't staying long. The pool area was great and a real sun trap. The service for drinks around the pool was a little slow but overall it was great to chill out in this area. The food options at breakfast were good and we would stay here again.

Schönes Hotel auf der Höhe gelegen.
Personal sehr höflich und hilfsbereit, Frühstücksbuffet ausreichend mit europäischem und asiatischem Frühstück. Zum Strand sind es ungefähr 15 Minuten, Geschäfte und Restaurants in direkter Nähe.

Horrible and terrible hotel!
We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and it turned out to be our worst nightmare! When we checked in, the front desk staff have no smiles and did not introduce us to any facilities of the hotel. On top of the bed, there was some kind of mouse or crocoroach excretment on the bed sheet! Travelled for more than 20 years of my life, I have not experienced this horror before! The room smelled of wetness from the towels in the bathroom. When we waited for the free shuttle to Aonang beach at 5PM, it was late. We finally took the shuttle at 5:40PM. The staff at the front desk looked at me and my husband as if we are aliens to learn that it's normal for shuttle to be late. When we checked out, the staff (especially the staff guy standing behind the tour desk) were not helpful to assist us to verify our van to Krabi airport! What kind of hotel is this! We paid 30% more than Aonang Cliff Beach Resort (the 3 nights were excellent) and this unhospitable experience was what we get! We would never come back!!
