จริงๆห้องค่อนข้างสะอาด แต่ช๊อคที่เจอแมลงสาปวิ่งไปวิ่งมา และมีปัญหาเรื่องที่จอดรถไม่พอ อาจจะเป็นเพราะช่วงหยุดยาว แต่ทางโรงแรมน่าจะหามาตรการรองรับ โดยรวมชอบมีโอกาศอาจจะไปใช้บริการอีก

Great customer service and good place to stay!
This hotel is not far from the Ao Nang Beach. It takes about 15-20 mins walk there. It is not very big hotel but the staffs have a very well professional customer service training except (my assumption) the chinese lady staff wearing light blue shirt at front desk. The way she acted was not nice and not friendly while I was there for checking in. I went to pool bar and ordered cocktails (buy 1 get 1 on happy hours). I was great cocktail mixes and good potion.

our 2nd visit the hotel,stay for a night, this 2nd trip we went on a day tour to Hong Island and came back around 15.30, front staffs offered us late check-out at 4pm. so we have time to change and take a shower. very nice!

เลือกห้องตามโปรโมชั่น ราคาถูก เลยได้ไปอยู่ห้องในสุด วิวไม่มี ห้องมีกลิ่นอับ ทั้งๆที่ไปพักวันธรรมดา ห้องว่างเพียบ ถ้าจะจัดโปรลดราคา แล้วให้ห้องแบบนี้กับลูกค้า ก็อย่าจัดดีกว่าครับ ราคามันถูกลงมาไม่กี่ร้อย แลกกับการเสียความรู้สึก ไม่คุ้มกันเลย

I like the hotel, but wish there was hair dryer provided in the room. Not sure it's typical without it even at good hotels in Thailand. Our bathtub was leaking but that was what the hotel can deal with it professionally once they are notified.

Non avrei potuto fare scelta migliore. La varietà delle proposte ad ao Nang è alta, ma Centara ha soddisfatto tutte le mie aspettative. Bellissima la struttura, camera spaziosa con doccia e vasca. Piscina meravigliosa e colazione top. La struttura nel complesso è pulita e accogliente ed il personale attento e gentile. Consiglio vivamente.

We had a comfortable stay here for 1 week. Great location to lots of bars and restaurants. Staff very accommodating. Nice breakfast and great pool cocktails. Appeared a little busy and noisy here at times. Great for families.

Ruhig gelegenes Hotel in einer Nebenstraße ,sehr freundliches Personal. Frühstückbüfett sehr reichhaltig und schmackhaft. Am Pool sind leider wenig Sonnenliegen verfügbar, Handtuch Service super. Restaurants fussläufig erreichbar.

Wir hatten ein Poolaccess Zimmer gebucht. Direkt vor unserer Terrasse war das Volleyballnetz, Kinderrutsche etc. Irgendwie war es mir entgangen dass hier auch Kinder sind, und es waren sehr viele dort. Es war den ganzen Tag richtig laut im Hotel. Früh morgens und Nachts auf dem Flur, genauso wie im Pool. Das war schon sehr nervend. Sauberkeit ging so. Der Boden in Zimmer war ständig dreckig. Auf der Terrasse wurde nicht gereinigt. Der Tisch war von Anfang an dreckig. Auch dem Bad hat die notwendige Reinigung gefehlt. Personal war freundlich. Frühstück war in Ordnung.

We had four rooms with King beds but only two came with king. Upon discussion with receptionist we were given one more room in a very dark and dirty location. Receptionist and manager were extremely rude and did not want to correct their mistakes. This is an old property that needs a renovation of both the building and the management. As a side note we have stayed in many properties in Ghailand and this was the worst experience.

Good hotel for a day or two. Expensive drinks, pool was always full and the worst bed I’ve ever slept on.

The hotel is located in the middle of a town in which we new. But when being around the pool you hardly get much sunshine due to the surrounding buildings. Getting in and out of the pool is a little dangerous as the poles move when entering. The pool needs an update and should be deeper. When coming off the slide it's that shallow you hit the floor. Breakfast is not in an inside building and is open... This needs to change due to flys and birds entering the restaurant. You have to ask for bacon? Which is not normal. The rooms are dated and the balcony we had was awful set above the smoking area for staff below with broken fencing as a view was an awful balcony view. The spa incredible the experience was amazing but they didn't seem to have my booking dispite booking. Breakfast on the last day we were told we hadn't paid for it in which we certainly did. Ok onto the good things... They have some nice staff. They also have a good happy hour. And there are restaurants in walking distance which are very good. Would we stay here again. No we wouldn't.

We really enjoyed our stay here, the staff were lovely, breakfast was delicious with lots of variety and the location was great, walking distance from the beach. We had a swim up room and would definitely recommend.

Our least comfortable bed in our month in Thailand. The noise from the outside cupboards banging was an issue. Curtains need replacing. In general, this hotel needs a facelift. Nice pool, staff and a good breakfast.
