"Recommended if you find the traditional ryokan with Onsen and good view. The garden view is really good. Easily to access to the ryokan by nankai train. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Also recommend to book with meal especially dinner course is very impressive."

Bisogna abituarsi un pochino al freddo nei corridoi che portano ai bagni e zona docce dove purtroppo non c é riscaldamento.

We want to call out ‘Mikki’ who was super kind and helped us with any language barriers we had. The entire restaurant staff was amazing and we are grateful to meet the chef. But the room is not quite clean, The carpet is so stinky and have many dust. Nice view on. 52-54th floor but the mananger on. 52th floor who i met (18 Jan/ 8pm) was terrible."
