During our stay, I and my two sons really appreciated the warmth and friendliness of all staff. We were able to organise taxis, get some great restaurant recommendations and arrange a tour up to the mountains. "Walking into Riad Viva off the rather messy side street was like walking into an oasis of pure calm and beauty? Such amazing staff and a feeling of total peace and tranquility within a very busy and slightly manic city! The pool is a small plunge pool really but I can only imagine on a hot day it must be perfect! Loved the rooftop sitting/ sun bathing area. The room was beautiful, basic and I wondered about the cleanliness of the rugs and cushions but the bed itself abd bathroom were excellent....
