Abdul was an absolute delight and such a lovely first impression, as were the whole staff who were all so friendly and helpful. The room was nice and comfortable, and the morning breakfast was tasty. They make eggs to order. I guess my 4-star rating probably comes down to value for money, as we paid close to $250 AUD a night, and I'm not quite sure it was worth that. On arrival greeted with drinks and traditional treat
We got a room with a hot tub - the hot tub was in fair condition - it wouldn’t say great condition though and needed some TLC!
Room was generally good with everything you needed
Activities were plentiful and very frequent - the activities team were great at getting everyone involved. My personal favourite activity was balance board yoga in the pool
The gym was a great and well equipped for a hotel gym!
The animals around the hotel were lovely to see - tortoise, peacocks etc. "
