At the onset , we would like to extend our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused to you.We had a detailed investigation of the matter and found that the complaints that you mentioned here regarding the towels and food were brought to us only at the time of departure while you were settling your bills and a hefty discount was demanded as compensation . Never once during your stay, these issues were highlighted to any of our staff or the concerned department so that we could have investigated it at that point of time and definitely made some corrective measures if found to be genuinely true. Also, it was noted that there was some sort of intimidation and threatening made to our staff about posting a negative review on the social media platform if the compensation demands were not met which we clearly do not encourage

Yoga and meditation at Body Temple daily from 0700 hrs. to 0800 hrs. Evening local Kerala cultural program including live musical entertainment at Natya - our exclusive amphitheatre by the Lime Tree Restaurant Deck Paddle boat ride and Bamboo rafting in the lagoon between 1100 hrs. to 1800 hrs. Fishing and fish – feeding in the lagoon between 1100 hrs. to 1800 hrs. Cycling within the resort premises between 1100 hrs. to 1800 hrs. Wireless internet access for one device within the resort premises. Usage of Gymnasium {gym wear is mandatory} and Swimming Pool {swimsuit is mandatory} between 0700 hrs. to 1800 hrs. Usage of Sauna, Jacuzzi & Steam bath (Minimum one hour prior appointments required) between 0900 hrs. to 1800 hrs. Performance at amphitheatre is subject to weather conditions. Paddle boat ride in the lagoon, bamboo rafting in the lagoon, cycling in the resort, morning yoga session, billiards. We will definitely consider to add more indoor activities. Every year July & August month is a monsoon period in Kerala with moderate rainfall, but unfortunately this year Kerala had unexpected heavy torrential rainfall, which had led to flood situation.
