"Property is in an excellent location in Kotor. It is within the city walks, very close to the start of the fortress walk and just steps way from the main squares and sights. Welcome was excellent and informative and room facilities as described. The double room had a shared kitchen (with one other room) which was well equipped and being right next to the room it was very handy. Good coffee machine too. Very polite, very knowledgable and willing to go the extra mile to provide valuable information on sightseeing and dining, as well as coming to the rescue when needed. The apaprtment lacked for nothing and it was very clean and well located to walk to favored destinations. I travel the world, and I was extremely impressed. Highly, highly recommended!"

"Dragun was an excellent host at the tea rooms in Kotor. Surrounded by beautiful gardens the property is nestled into Kotor about a 3 minute walk from the old town gate, with a tremendous view of the fortress upon exiting the property- it didn’t get old the whole time we were there! Dragun went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. He even helped us out by kindly printing a bus ticket we needed. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Dragun! "
