"We had a hectic arrival from Haneda and late check-in at the hotel but we were pleasantly surprised by not only the location of the hotel but by the property itself. What a cool and comfortable place for me and my family to spend a few nights! It’s close to many restaurants and stores but being so close to the Nakano Sun Mall and station was really convenient. "It Is easy to get to train stations, there is a lot to explore in the area, most of the Tokyo sights are about 1 hr away so keep that in mind."

"This property was so great! Literally 5 metres from a local grocery store and next to it a 711. Very pleasant 5 min walk to the train station. The property inside was also great, lots of room for a family of 5 and could accommodate twice that. Highly recommend! We hope to be back soon! Thanks "

"Location: a bit far , train station right in front of apartment. Not too far from Nakano broadway Description of room: host states private bathroom, My unit was in the top floor and you had to leave your room to go to the toilet. I recommend you know which room you are getting as only the 4th floor unit has the separate toilet"

"Amazing stay at this property! The property was clean, simple, and very convenient as it was merely a 5 minute walk to the nearest train station. The owner of the business personally took the time and effort to make our stay as enjoyable and accommodating. Breakfast was provided and there were plenty of restaurants and convenient stores nearby. The genuine hospitality and friendliness of the owner himself truly made this experience personable and one of kind. We definitely will recommend this...

"Overall the listing was not what we had expected. The address was not accurate and led us to a completely different block. We only received 1 towel for 2 nights for each person, we requested more but did not get an answer from the host. The area was good though, located close to the station and convenience stores. The washroom was really tight and there was leakage in the pipes. Cleanliness was not the best. Our neighbours were great though!"
