Besides the clean room and accessibility to nearby shopping and transportation, the entire experience from check in, our stay and check out were great. Room was spacious. Love the residential home where I can cook and use the microwave. Also the washing machine was a life saver. Highly recommend and location is easy to navigate. The only down side is that house cleaning cost money. Should be included but I see why for ‘residential’ purpose.

Great being so close to a Yamamoto line stop so that the rest of Tokyo was easily accessible. However be warned that there does seem to be quite a few strippers on the block. Other than that the room was nice and clean but fairly small, and the staff were super helpful and lovely.
