room is spacious, clean. staff are very nice. there is shuttle to both airports so it’s a huge plus. downside is the location, seems not super close to transit, google map always asked us to walk more than 15 minutes in all the routes.

This is an incredibly good value hotel. Unexpectedly, you can access the shopping center directly without having to go outside. The surrounding area is excellent, and you can even enjoy views of Tokyo's night skyline. It offers exceptional value in every aspect.

The area was very convienient, and the room was cleaned every day. Sunshine City was very nice, the Family Mart downstairs was great for late night snacks and there were nice places to eat close by. Checking in and out was very easy and the hotel laundry room was easy to use. Definitely recommend!!

The hotel is clean, quiet and well kept. The location is perfect, as it is connected to a mall, close to a famous shopping street outside the mall, and the train and subway stations. The staff are super helpful and friendly. Would stay again and highly recommend.

I loved my stay at the Sunshine City Prince Hotel. The location was absolutely perfect—right inside Sunshine City Mall, which made it so easy to grab food, do a little shopping, or just wander without going far. The staff were consistently warm and helpful, and the customer service was excellent throughout my stay. My room was clean and refreshed daily, complete with new robes and slippers, which felt like a nice touch after long days out in Tokyo. Being in Ikebukuro was ideal too—just about a 10-minute walk from the Yamanote Line, making it incredibly convenient to get anywhere in the city. I would absolutely stay here again on a future trip to Tokyo. Highly recommend!
