Excellent and friendly customer service. The ‘room’ is clean, simple and comfortable. It’s all I need. Toilet is clean. There are massage chairs to chill at the common area. Will definitely choose this place again if i have to transit.

A very comfortable night sleep. The staff were lovely and the whole place was very clean. The only tiny issue was the airport announcements were inside the room as well and started at 5am, so bring ear plugs!

One can rest a bit as the place is fairly quiet unless when guests arrive and start talking. You can shower and also given a key to a locker to lock up your luggage so that you can freely roam the airport in search of eating places.

Direkt innerhalb des Flughafens hinter KFC. Die Einrichtung war sauber, das Bett bequem. Auf das Personal musste ich ca 10 Minuten bei meiner Ankunft warten. Ansonsten alles super.

房間很寬敞乾淨，覺得很不錯，但是淋浴的地方就不太好，熱水不會熱，洗著有點冷，也沒有什麼沐浴乳或洗髮精，最麻煩的是吹風機很難用，吹大概不到30秒就會斷電，要等個至少1分鐘才能再使用，頭髮根本吹不乾。但搭乘凌晨的班機，能在機場睡上一覺還是好的。

환승하면서 6시간동안 묶었는데 괜찮았어요. 캡슐은 1명이 지내기 충분하고 깨끗해요. 에어컨은 너무 빵빵해서 추울지경이었어요. 뜨거운물이 잘 안나오는게, 단점이긴한데 그냥 대충 씻을 정도는 되요.(찬물 샤워하시는 분들은 전혀 문제 없을 정도) 공항 안내방송이 계속 나와서 소음에 예민하신 분들은 비추천합니다.

During the night, the A/C was too cool. I wish there are switch to control the temperature for every capsule or put any cover at A/C in the capsule so that we can close/open the cover of A/C whenever we like. and the water heater at shower room is not that warm/hot although the setting was already in max hot.
