Worth the money as 2 bed room for 2 nights can stay up to 5 people. Property condition was understandable not perfect but not that bad. Free parking (1 car park), 1 set of access card. The location was easy to find food from G floor, got grocery shop and shopping centre across the street. The unit I got not include microwave. Contact PIC easy and fast reply.

The peoperty itself was nice. The rooftop pool was a big hit as well. Sadly the checkin process was difficult as they didnt communicate via expedia and didnt send my check in details until after we arrived and attempted to contact them. The parking took hours to sort out as their passes didnt work and nobody came to help sort that. Also the internet didnt work for 2 of the 3 days we stayed there, so not ideal. Would have been great without the speed bumps.

I choose this lodge as nice starting for kota in first day. But absolutely had a mistake stay in this residence. Cause reception desk doesnt exist, the only check-in way to contact manager. However, my phone had malfuction, the only ways i can touch manager are mailing or using other app.but they use only chinese applications like whatsup as contact methods. If you use the ways including email, lodge reservation apps(hotels.com, expedia, agoda .etc) to contact manager, you gonna NEVER get reply. Though the building janitors are so kind to help foreiner, I barely touched manager with janitor’s cooperation. I’was surprised to room condition. When i got into the room, immediatly i breathe smell of mold. It origin living room and restroom. Overall room condition is inferior usual common sence of cleaness. Though the location is nice. If anybody choose this lodge, i dont let them go exempt to enemy of foe.
