"Excellent location. Minutes walk from the main train station. Stuff is very friendly. But the facility of the hotel, considering that it is a 5 star hotel, is not good. Air conditioner does not work. Shower corner is super small. There is no coffee maker in the room."

"Es un buen hotel. Las personas q trabajan alli son estupendas. El desayuno es inmejorable, muy, muy bueno. El unico problema es q hay habitaciones q no tienen aire acondicionado y cuando hay calor se hace muy incomodo."

"The location is great, roughly 15 min walk from the old town. I had a beautiful view of the National Museum from the balcony. Great if you're the type of traveller that is always out an about. It was a good stay for me. But for a place that calls itself "a home away from home" it was missing a couple of touches. Two coffee pods, but no sugar or tea for the people that don't drink coffee. Some washing up liquid, so you're not cleaning the dishes with just water. Paper towels, so you're not drying dishes with bathroom towels 😅 Just small additions that would make the stay a little easier. "

"Great location. Friendly, helpful and professional staff. Spacious and clean room. Bed mattresses were a bit too hard. The shower has only a piece of glass to stop the water from spilling out into the bathroom but it’s very small and water gets all over the floor. Not very safe. Overall a positive experience."
