"We had to find a last minute hotel to stay for one night in Rhodes due to late arrival. The owner of the hotel was very easy to communicate with and helped us with our late arrival at night. She was very nice and easy-going and showed us to the hotel, since it’s located deeper inte village. The room was very clean and had everything you might need. We only stayed for one night but could definitely stay longer. Overall very good service and accommodation."

"A nice hotel, but if you don’t have children please book the sister hotel next door Ella Elissa. Helea is a very big, very busy hotel full of screaming children. Rooms are nice but again can hear babies crying all night. Perfect for families with young children, but anyone else should seek an alternative."

"All was excellent and we very much enjoyed our stay here. There is some plastic and other small garbage pieces along the beach. It is hear to cleanup or prevent it from happening. I picked up some pieces every day but more people would have to do it too…."

"From the outset, the Eden Roc resort staff were so friendly and helpful from booking in to checking out and all of the dealings in between. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone. Everything was inclusive and the quality and variety of the food and drinks was exceptional. All areas were clean and you could not wish for any additional facilities in my opinion. "Die Hotelanlage war wunderbar und alles war zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Das Zimmer und insbesondere der große Privatpool waren traumhaft, einziges Manko: in der Dusche war die Duschwand kaputt und es hat leicht geschummelt, außerdem hatten wir immer wieder mit Ameisen im Zimmer zu kämpfen. Der Service in den Restaurants und den Bars war immer perfekt. Schade war, dass man im Hauptrestaurant keinen Einlass hatte, wenn man ein Themenrestaurant gebucht hatte, auch wenn es erst spät abends war."

"Sauberes Zimmer (zumindest im Hauptgebäude modern ausgestattet und völlig ausreichend), Geschirr beim Essen allerdings nicht immer ganz sauber und teilweise noch nass, Auffüllen der Mini Bar nur auf Nachfrage und mehr als 2 kleine Flaschen Wasser wurden nie aufgefüllt. Hatte darum gebeten anstelle von Softdrinks und Bier. Essen war etwas eintönig und die Qualität nicht die beste, aber das liegt an einem 4 Sterne Standard."

"Optisch ist dieses Hotel ein absoluter Traum. Die gesamte Anlage ist wunderschön gestaltet und außergewöhnlich sauber: den ganzen Tag sind Mitarbeiter unterwegs und kümmern sich um die Pflege. Das Personal ist durchweg herzlich, jeder grüßt freundlich und begegnet einem mit einem Lächeln. Wir hatten eine Suite, die hochwertig ausgestattet war und sogar einen Steamer im Zimmer hatte - ein tolles Detail. "Stylische und Moderne Unterkunft, super freundliches Personal. Wir haben am 1. Abend, trotz später Ankunft noch ein leckeres Essen erhalten. Super Cocktails und tolles Ambiente. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. "

"We had a wonderful time at the Olympic Palace on our family vacation. The property sat across the street from the ocean and had designated spot for guests to relax on chairs. The hotel was very clean. The spa was a nice treat- I went twice. There were enough pool areas to accommodate the guests without feeling overly crowded in June. My son throughly enjoyed his pool time in the kids pool area. We stumbled on the kids club one night while we were out and loved that they had that for the children...

"The hotel is a little run down and not all the amenities claimed were open. The room had a broken toilet seat and the bath drain closure was very dirty. Reception staff were standoffish and slow to service people however staff in restaurants and bars were lovely and friendly. The VIP lounge access was excellent to have."

"Overall, a good hotel, but small details could make it top-notch. No bottled water available at the bar or in the restaurant. This is usually a given whilst abroad, bottles could be filled up, but this would look mental as a couple with 3 1.5l bottles each daily. Room was nice but nothing in the mini bar."
