"Clean room, serviced everyday. The staff were friendly and soon started to recognize us and said hi which felt homely. Breakfast was great at all places and especially the dinner at Takali was yum!!! We loved the pool area and the activities for the kids looked like a lot of fun and the beach activities too. "What a beautiful place! It was very convenient to stay here with our baby and the staff were so overwhelmingly joyous and helpful with him. Book a room away from the pool area as the loud music was a challenge for day naps. "Fiji time" will mean you miss out on things so if you're Type A, don't go with the flow completely and book ahead for activities like the glass bottom boat and restaurants. You need to book days ahead. Communication systems could be improved like a notification when you can snorkel, tides changed quickly. The snorkelling just a metre off the sand is unreal!!"

"We stayed in a plunge pool room and the room and view are amazing, if you can, I'd recommend highly. The amenities are standard, nothing flashy which suited our needs. All the staff were top tier, couldn't say enough nice things about them. The problem does arise when it comes to food and beverage. The included breakfast is subpar (and I'm being polite). Was stuck having toast with jam all week. I attempted to order from the menu one morning and had the most disgusting looking french toast I've ever seen. Raw, not uncooked. Raw. To make it worse, they dumped the soupy egg mix on top of the bread and attempted to serve it too me. When I refused in an attempt to eat it and asked for it to be taken back, I witnessed the manager and waiter arguing over it. I don't know what was said, it made me uncomfortable."
