"The apartment is on the edge of a small but busy town. It backs on to beautiful clean water with views of the mainland and sunrise. Two brothers and their wives look after the guests, so there’s always someone around. Rooms are very spacious, very clean and comfortable. Aircon is extra, but we didn’t need it. "A smart, modern small block of apartments in as-new condition and with all modern conveniences. The location is central - within an easy stroll of many places to eat, shop and visit historic sites. The property managers / reception staff (three delightful young ladies) are very welcoming, friendly, eager to help and enthusiastic to share their local knowledge. The staff alone are worth at least five stars!"

"The place is beautiful, very tidy, we were so well received that we didn't even want to leave, it is located very close to the airport, which made it very easy to get there the next day, it is a little far from the center, but if you have a car you won't have any problems, there is also public transport very close and easy to use."

"Above our expectations & spotless with water & wine in the fridge. Very friendly reception & all locks worked perfect. They even had space for small luggage storage after we checked out. Highly recommend . No sea view but that didnt bother us. "

"Eine kleine Unterkunft fußläufig zum Strand und kleinen Geschäften. Für den Preis okay. Das Zimmer war recht geräumig. Badezimmer besonders die Dusche relativ eng. Zweimal war für kurze Zeit kein Wasser gekommen. Wir haben es nicht gemeldet, nach einer Zeit kam es wieder. Die Töpfe waren ziemlich abgenutzt. Aber für den Preis erwarte ich keinen Luxus. "Excellent communication and easy check in. Lovely studio room on street level, everything you could need. We stayed one night to be near the ferry port and it was perfect for that but also nice to be so close to the old town shops and restaurants for the evening as well. Would recommend and stay again. "

"While Gouvia is not much to write home about, this hotel and some excellent restaurants in town gave us a great experience. The hotel is lovely, very clean and the staff couldn't be nicer to their guests. It looks like it has been recently renovated extensively. We have found five swimming pools but wouldn't be surprised if there are more. Our room was very spacious and clean. Sheets and towels are changed every day. "It was our second stay. Everything was good. Except 3 issues. There should be more cups etc. In the kitchen available. Second issue is wifi that most of the time is very poor or doesn't work at all and it needs some upgrade. And 3rd we decided not to use swimming pool this time, because it becomes basically public swimming pool. "The luxury suite was great and spacious, the bar man Fortis was the best staff ever and made us feel welcome. We were only disappointed when the lady at reception made us wait whilst she ate for 20 mins when we needed our keycard to get back in our room. That wasn't good. However Fortis the bar man kept us happy with great conversation and apologies whilst we waited."

"Beautiful hotel, can’t think of a single fault. amazing value for money, rooms are big, clean and comfy and have a lovely balcony space. the family who run the hotel are extremely helpful and friendly. it’s in a lovely location, just a short walk from the beach, gouvia centre and the marina. Bonus points for the hotel dogs snoopy and rosie! :)"

"The staff working there were so lovely and friendly, and really helpful. The apartment was great- clean, bright and spacious. Two great pools. Only a ten minute taxi to the old town. The main road near the hotel is sort of chaotic as a pedestrian but definitely avoidable during your stay. Would hugely recommend this lovely stay! "

"wir habén dort nur einen Tag verbracht, das Hotel war perfekt: Personal sehr nett, grosses sauberes Zimmer mit Balkon, Lage perfekt (Strand, Restaurants und Bus zur Stadt um die Ecke, auch zu Fuss Stadt gut erreichber, Flughafen fůr einen Flug um 4Uhr morgens per Taxi welches fůr uns bestellt wurde in 15 min Entfernung. Da wir nicht zum Frühstück bleiben konnten wurde uns netter Weise eine Lunchbox mitgegeben."
