"The room, staff and food was lovely. But, the Safety, risk and emergency procedures make this a dangerous place to stay. I fell off the jetty due to poor lighting, breaking a number of bones. My husband jumped in and saved me, other guests helped us, while staff were lovely they had no idea, could not swim and no first aid box or stretcher/board. Apparently I am not the first, it has happened before but the owner does not want safe lighting or safety rails installed as it will spoil the...

"A brand new IHG hotel here in Labuan Bajo. I've never stayed at any hotel in the IHG group where the service has been this good. The standard of service here by all members of staff from all departments has been only 5 stars. I'm embarrassed to single out any staff member"

"had a wonderful stay at puri sari. the villa was beautiful and clean, the grounds were lovely, and the staff was friendly. amenities basic but perfectly adequate.
breakfast was included, the nasi goreng was delicious. it's a little bit tucked away but perfect for a retreat, there's a little private stretch of beachfront to relax in too. would recommend! "

"The hotel has a nice roof top bar/restaurant with an overlooking at the ocean view, perfect for relaxing after a full day of activities. The staff/crews are so nice and very welcoming. To the server at the restaurant, Yohaness you are a gem, very kind, and personable. Thank you for extending your kindness to me, I appreciate that. Overall my experience is phenomenal and will highly recommend the place to my friends and colleagues. Thanks again! "
