Views from hotel were amazing, and a good location near the town, although limited options for getting around if you don't have a car/bike. Sometimes the staff took a while to serve you, but were extremely friendly.

The views are incredible! Although the rooms are bare minimum and fairly basic, I think the rest of the staff and BOTH pools make up for it. The restaurant food is GREAT and is pricey, but all hotel restaurants are more expensive than eating local. The staff took care of everything for us, from the time they picked us up at the airport. Great for families or couples. There were a lot of kids there but it could’ve been because it was New Years Eve.

Je zit heel goed qua locatie . Alles is vlakbij maar de hotel heeft veel kleine onderhoud nodig o.a. toilet , kasten in de kamer , kamers zijn klein . We hadden kleine leguaan in onze kamer en beestjes liepen rond … ontbijt is niet de moeite daar heel simpel .

It would have been great had the room been ready upon our arrival. (We were early but expected by the hotel.) Unfortunately I picked up some 'bug' and was running hot. That was compounded by having to wait in the heat for our room. By the time the room was ready, my fever combined with the heat and high humidity resulted in a minor medical emergency for me. The staff were fantastic, and got me to my room where I immediately cooled down and became coherent again. This was absolutely NOT the fault of the hotel, and every worker attended to my needs to ensure I was okay. So kudos to them. However, had the room been ready, this could have been avoided. It was my fault for not recognizing what was happening to me, and then pushing for the room earlier. I'm sure they would have accommodated me, had they known. Once again, the staff were very professional in a situation I (and likely they) had never before experienced. :)

Spectacular views from the property looking out on the water. Rooms are comfortable and cool. Breakfast was nice - lots of local options. The pool has amazing views and a very nice ambiance. It’s a bit of a maze to get up to the rooms but once you figure it out it’s ok - lots of stairs to climb so not for everyone. Location is a small 10 minute walk into the town. Close to the pier if you are going out for excursions which I recommend!

Not a happy stay

The view and building of these hotel is quite good, you can take a very beautiful photos there. But, the room is disappointing and for me its uncomfortable. Staff are great and polite. Hotel has awesome view, for sunset and in general. My room has lots of issues: bathroom stinks like gutter, toilet cannot flush (no water), TV signal snowy, faucet leak, bed matress protector has lots of stains (nasty), including a giant 8x10 stain. Hot water only last for 1 person, so my spouse has to wait 15 min before taking shower.

Stay away if you want value

I’m fair in my reviews and I’ll say this resort has an amazing view and the staff do their absolute best to service you . That said we paid a lot of money to stay in a villa and the value for money is absolutely not there . For 3 of 4 days wi fi was simply not working , air conditioner broke , the water drain in our dip pool was excessively loud, they don’t have a single umbrella for shade by the pool or on the patios of the units . The restaurant also was constantly out of items and overcharged on the others, they didn’t have tequila as a problem , they also had lobster as a speciality de la maison and for 4 days did not have the lobster .

The hotel is brand new but not yet fully finished as June 2021. There are still many parts under construction. The finished part is really beautiful and ideal for the best sunset pictures of your life. The breakfast service is slow, and there is no elevator to the higher rooms, so you need to walk at least 3 floors up. I would recommend this hotel for just a short stay, and certainly for a photo shoot

Beautiful, stunning views. Big con that was there is loud DJ music (thumping and terrible) near lower pool and for dining from 4-9pm. Cant get away from it ans real altered the experience. Soft quiet music would have been more tranquil for this lovely place. We moved rooms and Highly recommend for 1 night Lentar suite, poolside upper pool and had it to ourselves all day. Cant hear that music. Annoying annoying
