What truly made this place unforgettable was the exceptional staff and customer service. Every single team member was warm, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay perfect. The breakfast each morning was fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared — easily one of the highlights of our trip. A very special thank you to the owner, who went completely above and beyond for us. Due to our flight arriving late, we were stressed and worried about transportation and meals, but the owner personally arranged everything for us — including our taxi, meals after arrival, and even helped organize trips during our stay. That level of care and hospitality is incredibly rare and made us feel truly valued and taken care of. This resort delivers not only luxury and beauty, but heart. We left feeling like family and cannot recommend this place highly enough. If you are looking for a flawless beachfront getaway with world-class hospitality, this is the place to stay. "Staff were all lovely, so helpful and were the highlight of the stay. Due to lack of staff being on roster we weren’t able to book the spa over the weekend. Our room was quite worn and in the bath room quite grubby. Just felt a like the place was a little run down. "
