I have stayed here 3 times for over a total of 20 days. This is not a fancy resort but a comfortable place to stay in Lipa Noi and right in the beach. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I have already planned to come back for a fourth time!

The samuiHaus was everything what we were looking for - a quiet isolated place directly on the beach. The saddest part for us is that we’ve only booked one night. We will definitely come back on our next trip to Thailand

Staff were very conscientious to arrival time from ferry and very accomodating. Staff were helpful and provided advice about the local areas. Wonderfully quiet area and no loud party music...very relaxing and peivate.

I have stayed at this property two times now and would come again another time. It is not a fancy resort but is a nice, clean place to stay right on the beach with a friendly staff and good restaurant. There are also several other restaurants within walking distance and many more within short drive. Right on Lipa Noi bay, enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The property even has two kayaks available for customers.

Calm and cosy place right at the beach

Beach acces cottage with private small outside bath and a bigger shared pool. Lovely owners who care about their customers. We loved staying here. Quiet and calm location, with more then enough possibilities to eat outside, just need some transportation which are available to rent here. Too far to walk.

The location of the hotel is amazing meaning it overlooks a beautiful beach. The surrounding area is average and there’s not much to see. You would need a bike or a car to be able to move unless if you come here to only stay at the hotel. Hotel staff are very good and there’s four cute funny dogs in the lobby.

Great beach location, rooms adequate. This is a quiet and calm area, untouched by the party scene and traffic. Staff very friendly. You will have the clean beach to yourself and there is a pleasant beach bar just a minute away. Moms kitchen over the road a short walk away serves great meals in a spotless facility. Access to the main road and hustle and bustle is just minutes away. We did not order lunch or dinner here but they do offer food.

The owner and the staffs were really nice. Checked in was easy, they let us check in early. You can book ride with the to the airport.The property has great potential but it was very out dated. We paid for almost $200 a night. I don't think its worth it.

We left first thing in the morning. The sheets and pillow case were ripped. The bathroom was dirty, there was no soap, the whole room is tired and needs a deep clean. Even the hot water dispenser had coffee marks running down it. So disappointed that I’ve paid for two lots of accommodation. I’ve emailed for a refund and heard nothing.

Das Personal und das Zimmer selber waren sehr gut/gut. Der Strand jedoch schlecht. Man musste schon aufpassen wohin man tritt, da sowohl Glassplitter, anderer Müll, Spitze steine etc. am Strand und im Wasser waren.

Okay hotel

Dejligt sted overordnet set. Dejlige værelser lige ud til havet. Sengene meget hårde. De var ikke så gode til at holde deres del af stranden ren, som andre hoteller langs stranden gjorde. Hotellet ligger ret afsides i forhold til restauranter og indkøb. Hotellet lukkede kl. 20. Hvor der ikke var mere servering.

Das 3 Sterne Hotel ist am Strand von Lipa Noi gelegen. Total nette Gastgeber und immer hilfsbereit. Einzig das WLAN im Zimmer Garten 3 hat nicht funktioniert.

Toujours aussi super !!!

Parfait. J’avais passé quelques jours en 2019 et j’ai retrouvé cette mêlée ambiance conviviale et familiale dans un cadre idyllique loin du tourisme de masse que l’on trouve au nord de l’île. Bungalow super, spacieux qui donne directement sur la mer… reposant…

Wer es abgelegen und absolut ruhig mag ist hier am richtigen Ort. Alles was man braucht, ist zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Ein Roller ist allerdings auf jeden Fall von Vorteil und werde ich absolut empfehlen. Wenn du auf Party aus bist ist es sicher weder für dich noch für die anderen Gäste der richtige Ort. Außer du willst nach der Party ruhig schlafen können. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend, jedoch nicht aufdringlich. Es wirkt sehr familiär und ich kann es nur empfehlen. An dieser Stelle vielen Dank an das @Samui Haus Team Elvis

Wir waren dort drei Nächte und dachten wir wären im Paradies .Der Gartenbungalow war mit seiner Dusche draußen mein Highlight.Die Anlage ist generell sehr schön und man kann dort super entspannen,da dort kaum Touristen waren. Der Pool war auch super. Das Personal hat sich super um unsere Belange wie buchen der Fähre nach Koh Tao gekümmert und uns auch so bei Fragen immer geholfen.Frühstück ist a la carte und man könnte immer nach Bestellen. Gegenüber ist auch noch ein kleiner Supermarkt wo man auch sich Sachen zum Essen kaufen konnte. Sollte ich noch einmal nach Koh Samui kommen, dann wieder zum erholen und abschalten ins @Samui Haus.
