Great area. The shower wasn't designed right so it wouldn't drain. Filled the entire bathroom floor with standing water. Other than that and some check in issues (no one the office for a while) it was good.

I think other low reviews may be due to no air con in room which made it smell stuffy. For me I would recommend for a short stay as the location was perfect ! Walk to anywhere you need. Friendly staff . Private room.

Great stay for budget price near the beach

This little gem of a resort is well located in the center of Chaweng. The room was clean and had an outdoor area to smoke or have a drink. The best part was direct access (and view) to the beach. Another cool feature was free to use table and chairs right by the beach. It may sometimes be noisy from the bars next door. Overal a great small resort for the rates! Will return when I go back to Samui

I like Lacky Mother Bungalow

I stayed with 1 female friend for 1 week at Lacky Mother Bungalow, we stayed on the 2nd floor, air conditioned room, big and long room with 2 beds for 2 people, good cool air conditioner, cleaned every day, provided 2 bottles of water every day and changed towels. Give every day. Located near the beach, traveling to swim at the beach is very convenient. What I don't like about this bungalow is The dream didn't fall, but there was water in front of the bungalow. It was not very comfortable to walk because of the water. Hopefully the bungalow owner will improve it. And the dogs barked very loudly very early in the morning. The owner of the bungalow said it was cute.If returning to Koh Samui, definitely stay here again.

It would be impossible to find better value than Lucky Mother in Chaweng. The location is perfect, the rooms are simple but nice and clean, the staff are amazing. I will definitely stay here again next time I am in Samui. If I could review it more than 5/5, I would :)

Average but heavily Covid affected

Very basic rooms, nothing by the way of furniture except the bed. In addition there was a wall mounted fan and thats the contents of the room. It was clean though. Chaweng was completely dead, everything bar a couple of hotels was closed, this obviously has had an effect on service, the restaurant, reception etc was all closed.

Ein paar Tage in Chaweng....

Neu renoviertes Zimmer mit gutem Bett & Bad - so soll es für ein paar Tage gerne sein. Zimmerservice allerdings regulär nur alle 2 Tage - einfach nachfragen, dann wird jeden tag auch gewechselt. Negativ war Kaution - THB 2.000 (!) in bar bzw. Reisepass -am Ende jedoch ohne Diskussion/ Beanstandung zurück erhalten!

Très bon etablissement

Jai réservé 10 jours dans cet hôtel avec petites chambres dans une allée donnant sur la plage. Petit bar de plage dans l'après midi et le soir. Musique. Location paddle canoë disponible. Ménage bien fait sur demande. Chambre très correct lit confortable salle de bain basique mais opérationnelle. Prenez le temps de discuter avec les propriétaires quand on s'intéresse à eux on est agréablement surpris par leur gentillesse et leur ouverture d'esprit. On est en centre ville mais ce n est pas trop bruyant mais j'ai quand même mis des boules Quies. 1 min à pied de ark bar avec soirées festives mercredi et vendredi soir. Pool party tous les après midi. Et d'autre établissements d'ambiance a proximité. Il faut avoir un scooter quand même car à samui chaweng c'est bien pour sortir un peu le soir mais ce n est pas la meilleure partie de l'île. Je crois que la prochaine fois j'irai à lamai avec ses resto vegan.

Get what you pay

My partner and I stayed here for two nights. We were able to check in early after arriving from a different part of the island. The accommodation is all set up down a walk way to the beach, so there is no cars or people walking by which is great for noise (and lack of). We had the fan room, and whilst it got a little toasty it wasn’t too bad. Our hot water stopped working and when we reported it, we were moved rooms within 10 minutes and they were really apologetic. Downside was that we got a lot of bites from being here. Pretty sure it wasn’t bed bugs, we didn’t see any, but compared to everywhere else we have been in Asia, it was really bad. We were itching loads and it made our stay really uncomfortable. Location however is great and the staff are nice too.

What u pay is what u get

I had a room with fan for 1 night. Never again will take fan’s room!!! Also the power went out for a few hours in it was super hot. Service is ok. 2000(!!!!!) bat for keeping.... way too much.
