Dear Sir, Madam, I'm so sorry that your stay in Tube Resort wasn't has memorable has we made you expect. As you probably notice our prices in August were much lower than the competition. This was to make up for the fact that our speedboat was under repair (it should have lasted a week but because of the rain it lasted over a month!) and that as there is a new pier being built, the older one is not being properly maintained by its owner. Please accept my apologies for this situation. At least I'm glad to read that our staff and our menu took good care of you! All the best,
