Worth coming back

Lovely staff, very helpful. The bed was comfortable and the location is a nice distance from the loud partying, but still close enough to walk to town.

Das Hotel ist auf dem pituresken Hügel Haad Rins gut gelegen. Hat man ein Motorbike kommt man gut hin; Taxis kommen da aber nicht hoch hört man sagen. Das Hotel selbst bietet verschiedene schöne Bungalows, sehr schön sowie sauber eingerichtet. Würde es für ein mehrtägiges Verweilen sofort weiterempfehlen oder auch selbst nochmals buchen!

Dirty room. Stained sheets. BUGS BUGS BUGS. Rude staff. Completely misleading location. Worst resort i have ever booked. Avoid at all costs. Utter nightmare.

Joli panorama mais mal placé, accès compliqué.

L'hôtel offre un panorama sympathique ais l'accès à l'hôtel est désastreux. en voiture compliqué. A pied, ça monte et le soir pas d'éclairage sur le trajet.

Es un hotel muy bonito con increíbles vistas!

Hotel muy bonito y limpio! El personal es súper simpático! Lo unico es que esta a 6-7 min en coche arriba en un monte. Hay un transfer que te lleva y te recoge cada dos horas.

Unglaubliche Aussicht übertrifft alles.

Sehr schöne Anlage mit unvergleichbarer Aussicht. Mühsamer Aufstieg. Man muss zwischen den älteren und neueren Bungalows unterscheiden. Während die neuen mit Klimaanlage, Kühlschrank und viel Komfort ausgestattet sind, fehlt dies alles bei den älteren Bungalows. Auch mit kaputten Fliesen und Stufen muß man hier rechnen.

Wunderschöne Aussicht

Unbedingt ein Zimmer mit Meerblick buchen, die Aussicht ist umwerfend! Wir hatten auf unserem Balkon sogar noch eine Hängematte! Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück wählt man von einer kleinen Karte mit verschiedenen Zusammenstellungen. Alle Varianten lecker, wir haben besonders die Thai Versionen genossen. Die Küche hat den ganzen Tag bis 21:30Uhr geöffnet und ist auch wärmstens zu empfehlen. Wir haben uns einen Roller gemietet um die Insel zu erkunden. Wenn man darauf verzichten möchte kann man aber auch alles nötige fußläufig erreichen. Das Hotel bietet auch alle zwei Stunden einen Shuttle in die Stadt runter, man kann dorthin aber auch in 10 Minuten laufen. Das Amaresa ist sehr einfach, aber toll gelegen, mit nettem Personal und leckerem Essen!

L'hotel ha un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, bisogna solo essere un po' elastici per il fatto che si trova in collina, quindi o si utilizza il servizio navetta gratuito che porta in paese, oppure si può andare a piedi, 10 minuti in salita, come abbiamo fatto noi, soprattutto nelle ore tarde della notte in cui il servizio navetta era sospeso. Altrimenti ci sono sempre i moto taxi per i più coraggiosi :-) Le colazioni abbondanti, si può scegliere tra vari menu, e viene servita sul terrazzo, circondati dalla natura e di fronte al mare. L'hotel ti aiuta anche a prenotare varie escursioni e puoi usufruire di sconti. La camera era nei bungalow fronte mare, vista splendida, terrazzino privato con sdraio e amaca, aria condizionata, letti comodi, spaziosissima!

מקום מצויין לזוגות במרחק הליכה מהדרין

מקום שקט, נעים וחביב. מרוחק 10 דקות הליכה מחוף הדרין, אבל יש על שעתיים הסעה מהמלון או שאפשר ללכת ברגל. צוות מלון אדיב והנוף יפה. ה-WiFi חלש בחדרים. בסך הכל ממליץ.

trevlig och hjälpsam personal. grym utsikt och stor och lyxig frukost. ligger avlägset men en promenad på 10 minuter tar man sig till centrum. ligger ganska högt upp så är jobbigt att gå till och från stranden men väl värt det. väldigt häftig och fin utsikt. inte handikappanpassat .

Underbar utsikt bungalowsen ser ut som på fotona..krångligt att ta sig dit men väl värt utsikten.. Var dock väldigt öde så vi stannade bara en natt

About the Amerasa hotel i felt a bit like "should i write a review at all"... For only one reason: This seams to be one of the very view places in Koh Phangan which are so beautiful and secret in a way, that you dont want to come back next year and find it too overcrowded. So it might be better to keep it secret, just like in the movie "The Beach". But then again they just deserve it to be reviewed as the amazing place they are! - Great rates / Value for money - Outstanding service / friendlyness - Top location close to haadrin but hidden on too of a hill about 5mins by scooter away - Awesome views - Spacious rooms - ..... And last but not least thank you for delivering my car keys i forgot in room to the pier by one of your staff! Great service. Will defenitely come back.

Stunning location on an idyllic island.

Stayed here during the full moon party period, which we managed to stay away from not wanting to get too involved with it; this hotel is the perfect location as a little more out of the way but definitely in walking distance from the main town area of Haad Rin (however, caution-if you aren't prepared for steep hill walking, avoid! We didn't mind as keen exercisers!). Also be aware that taxis don't seem to know the location of this hotel! We were lucky to have a persistant porter from another hotel to help us! We weren't kept awake with the distance we were at. Only down points were the beds were uncomfortable-very hard however we have experienced this in some other Thailand hotels (maybe we have just been unlucky!) so we thought maybe this is just standard! A few stains on towels and no hand soap (when we asked there was none!) were a bit of a dissapointment but the view from our balcony made up for this-the most beautiful sight you could ever see! The friendly welcoming staff also helped, expecially the main lady who was delightful and spoke very good english helping us with our many questions! Food was quite good, could do with a bit more selection but it was ok for the few days we were there, breakfast was included so that was very welcome especially when you get an amazing view of the island every morning whilst you eat. We recommend you try their banana oreo shake, a great saviour after a long day's travel-delicious! Free shuttle service (avoiding the hills!) to town!
