"Exceeded all expectations. The villa is top class, as others have said, the photos do not do it justice. "The resort is quite well maintained and staff members are very friendly and helpful. We have chosen Phuket as one of our must-go places for vacation for the last decade and the resort is almost the best one to stay. Nevertheless, there are nitty gritty things that should be attended to so as to make it a perfect place. The shower room drainage system is bad and always floods beyond the room (I did read some reviews talking about this showing not much efforts made in this regard). In addition, the mat at the center of the living room has been not serviceable as the edges and corners of the mat were curled up that would easy cause trip-off (I was staying at Ocean View Loft). Apart from these, it was definitely a pleasant place to stay with. "

"Absolutely amazing stay! Thank you to the staff who are so kind and attentive. You people alone make the hotel a 10/10 stay. The property is stunning. The view from the pool right alongside the beach was beautiful, quiet, and peaceful. Stayed in the panorama tent room. Incredible. Breakfast was a 10/10, and the dinner menu is amazing. Tried several items on the menu and everything was delicious! Highly recommend. Would love to stay again one day!"

"The view was amazing and Korina, her younger brother Nabeen and the staff were very helpful and made our stay very pleasant. The only couple of things i would recommend to improve the property area would be maybe changing the floor mat and cushions in the seating and view area as the wiod and marble furniture was beautiful but the floor carpet and cushions were worn down impacting the overall ambience and experience of the place. Also the door lock didn't seem to work properly so strong reliable locks may improve the overall experience. But everything else was super awesome and beautiful and we would love to come back and stay there again. Very serene and relaxing place with awesome staff/ people!"
