"It’s right in the middle of everything, surrounded by outrageous 5-star hotels. This place is comfy, and so convenient. The kicker is a refreshing rooftop pool and bar that feels absolutely perfect at the end of a hot and sweaty Bangkok day! AC in the rooms works flawlessly, and it’s not too noisy as it’s set back a bit from the hustle and bustle of Soi 11."

"The room was spacious, clean and well proportioned. Toilet was of a good size, and had good amenities. Breakfast was good as well - good list of varieties. But more importantly, the staff was good. We managed to get an upgraded room, all the way to Level 30. Only bugbear, but nothing too serious - the lifts can be slow especially during peak periods - when it has to stop at multiple floors. But beyond this, all was good."
