"Room was very clean. Kitchen was very well equipped and amenities were provided. Air conditioning and heater was working well. There were no staff (self check in and check out with the ipad). We had trouble with the room tablet that gives the WiFi info so we messaged the property and the responded within minutes. Very walkable area with plenty of food and entertainment options. "We are a family of 3 on a month long holiday. Booked a week here. It was the only place we stayed at with cooking facilities. Good place. Only a 10 min walk to Hakata station. Got my coffee at Fuglen which was a 5 min walk. The cooking facilities at the accommodation allowed us to cook the amazing local produce. Wagyu beef, mushrooms, etc. My questions were answered promptly so communication with the hotel was easy."

"We stayed in the triple bed room and it was spacious and comfortable. The check in process was a bit tedious as we were not provided the information needed, ahead of time. There is no front desk or staff present, we had to call an operator for the information. Otherwise, check in wasn’t too bad. Each person had an amenity kit and pair of slippers waiting. "房價很便宜但地點不在市中心，唔算方便，附近比較清靜，我們住四人房，空間很大，中間有客廳有飯廳有小型廚房，兩邊是睡房，但沒有房門，屬於開放式，如果四個都係成年人就唔係太方便，而且只有一個浴室和一個廁所，輪候時間長，而且佢個設計有啲奇怪，沖涼地方有一個大窗，但係係冇玻璃窗嘅，有窗簾可以拉落嚟，即係話夏天冇冷氣會好熱，冬天就會好凍，而且會有蚊蟲飛入，我就係喺浴室見到一條四腳蛇。 最後，這是一間無人酒店（其實我感覺佢似Airbnb多啲），check-in check out全部要靠自己，要用front desk 嘅Tab，但我check-in嘅時候要試好幾次先至搵到我嘅預訂，但check out嘅時候無論我試幾多次都搵唔到，而佢send俾我嘅check out email 嗰條link撳入去係完全搵唔到check out嗰個字眼，所以我哋嘥咗半個鐘頭嘅時間搞唔掂，所以就要message住宿方面，好彩佢反應好快，叫我走得啦，佢會幫我搞check out，早知係咁就唔使喺度嘥時間"

"The hotel overall is a 5*. Especially the front of house staff, Akbota. She spoke excellent English and provided top notch service. Very professional and knowledgeable! Always went over and above the call of duty and went back to our room to help me look for something I left behind after checking out. The hotel itself was very conveniently located. The onsen was nice. The aesthetics very zen and minimal (which was tasteful). The negatives are: 1. There was a strand of hair on the bathroom towel when we initially checked in so it definitely wasn’t ours. 2. The room was very small 3. They have what they deem eco-housekeeping. I’m fine with not changing the sheets daily. However they don’t make the bed nor wash the glasses But overall, the stay was very pleasant and again, kudos to Akbota!! "
