When we sought technical assistance with the resort’s app at the welcome desk, we weren't given a solution; instead, we were met with a misleading high-pressure invitation to a timeshare presentation. I would never have booked this location had it been clearly disclosed that the priority here is timeshare sales rather than guest relaxation. Dining & Health Issues The logistical hurdles with the app meant we missed out on reservations for the main restaurant.
