"The rooms were cleaned daily and housekeepers were very friendly and accommodating. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast could have been very good but always cold. We even arrived right at opening and it was still cold. Suggest they use warming trays. "

"The front desk woman is fantastic. But it’s not on the beach, about 5 minute walk away though a dirt road with all kinds of garbage around. There is no beach bar. When packing after 3 nights, my suitcase was infested with bugs. Been in Thailand for a month and it was the worst, most deceptive hotel I’ve stayed at and I’ve stayed at around 7 others. "Room smelled like sewage and mothballs in The creekside rooms.Staff did extra cleaning and tried their best but owner needs to repair it. staff accommodated us in a hillside room when a room was free and it was very nice. Great staff, location pool and bar. "
