Bad Bad experience

I booked two nights and pay everything, at the time I arrived at the hotel they tell me the hotel was full and I have to contact Hotels.com for a refund, I did it , one month later still have not be refunded. Hotels.com said they waiting for the hotel approval. What a bad service. I’m customer of Hotels.com for many years but it’s time for me to go somewhere else, like Agoda
