Far from a five star experince

The main problem with this hotel is that they advertise it as a “five star resort” I’m sure they tick all the boxes to be five stared, but if you go there with the idea of getting a five star experience you will be very disappointed. With that said the hotel is definitely not bad, but in comparison to other five stared hotel this is more like three stars. The staff is friendly, even though they have a really hard time understanding English. The rooms are great even though you could tell that they are worn down. Make sure to go with a room with sea view. I chose this hotel because of the pool, gym and the location. The pool is great. But here comes another example of why I rate this as a three stared hotel, almost every day the pool towels were out, so you had to go to your room and get your towels from there. And the towels you received were small, old and stitched together. Also, make sure to wear shoes while walking on the tree deck around the pool, there is nails and screws sticking up everywhere. Step on one of these and it could really destroy your vacation! The gym is a disappointment. None of the cardio machines is workin, except for the stair-stepper. The location is great, the beach just next to the hotel is great with some nice restaurants belonging to the nearby hotels. I don’t recommend the restaurant at the hotel, expensive and nothing special. The breakfast has a ton of different options, unfortunately none of them are of great quality except for

Good resort with private beach

Dated but still an overall very good resort. We enjoyed the good spacious room with nice view over the inner garden and both the 2 swimming pools and the private beach. + Large room with balcony + Huge swimming pool few steps from the beach + Plenty of seats around the pool and beach + Good selections (Asia+western) breakfast buffet + 7/11, massage and other shops just outside - Limited parking area. Normally it should be okay but we arrived on the first day of long a weekend. - Fitness room lacked maintenance otherwise OK. Would definitely stay again for the price we got!

The hotel is nice overall but very tired! Needs renovation. Very stretched 5 starts. One restaurant working only. Food was alright but very small choice. I asked for some ice to keep some baby food in a cool box and they charged me 50 Baht for ice 😐, which is really strange.

Huone oli kostea ja haisi huoneelle. Pyysimme huoneen vaihtoa. Ensin meille näytettiin uusi huone johon oli suihkutettu hajuvettä. Tästä mainittaessa henkilökunta myönsi että olivat halunneet parantaa huoneen hajua. He vielä näyttivät kaksi muutakin huonetta jotka myös haisivat samalta kostealta homeelta. Henkilökunnan mielestä tämä oli huoneiden normaali haju.. Muuten hotelli oli siisti. Aamupalabuffet oli kattava, mutta ravintolaruoka ei ollut mainittavaa.

如果不介意健身室沒有冷氣健身器材略為殘舊， 洗頭水沐浴露質素較差和沒有護髮素之外 這間 酒店都說不錯床鋪非常舒適 沖涼水力够， 但訂房時候敬請小心因為最便宜的房間是要面向一條 骯髒的 河流感覺麻麻網站上亦沒有標明景觀， 酒店非常接近大街步行至大街只需兩分鐘大街上有便利店餐廳和買水果的地方餐廳唔正在推廣 餐飲有八折但需要預先購買金額， 酒店餐廳價錢不貴但份量非常少味道也不錯， 早餐選擇不多 普普通通， 海灘是欣賞日落的好地方

Kleines tropisches Paradies mit Komfort

Sehr schöne Anlage am südöstlichen Ende der Khlong Prao Beach. Schöner Sandstrand mit täglichem Sonnenuntergang am Horizont. Ca. 20 min Transfer vom Fähranlegeplatz. Riesiger Pool parallel zum Strand, schöner Kinderpool abseits, auch familienfreundlich. Die Anlage bietet allen etwas, Gym, Spa, Restaurants. Im 5 min zu Fuß entfernten Ort gibt es alternativ viele günstige einheimische Restaurants, Geschäfte, Massagesalons, Scooterverleih und auch eine kleine „Unterhaltungsmeile“. Zimmer sehr groß und sauber. Fazit: sehr ruhig, sehr schön, würde jederzeit wieder Urlaub dort machen.

Great resort for relaxx! Nice big pool 😎👍

Really enjoyed my time here! Its a big area the hotel and close to the beach plus a really big pool room enough for everybody :) The breakfast buffet was excellent! Many choices. Dont worry...just book! Also you can get a good thai massage on the beach in the afternoon.

Det er ikke første gang vi besøger dette hotel og som de andre gange vi har været der har vi haft er god oplevelse. Vores datter fik desværre en meget ubehalig oplevelse på hotelles natklub da hun blev antastet af nogle manlige gæster der tilbyd hende penge for sex. Næste dag beklagede vi os til hotelles og vi oplevede en utrolig god behandling af både pasonalet og schefen. De undskyldte mange gange og gjore meget ud af finde de mænd der antastede vores datter og de blev forvist fra hotellet.

Dårlig indtjekning men godt ophold

Generelt var det et godt ophold. Men da vi ankom på første dag kl 16:00 og kunne have været tjekket ind kl 14:00, ud fra papirerne, fik vi afvide at vi lige skulle vente til kl 16:30 da værelset ikke var klart endnu, da dem som havde det før, først lige havde tjekket ud. Det syntes jeg bestemt ikke er okay, og vi fik ikke tilbudt en form for kombination da jeg nævnet at jeg syntes det var for dårligt.
