Most staff were polite and helpful, disappointed with our check-in experience. Felt ignored and didn’t help when we couldn’t connect to the WiFi. Restaurant was good, we ate from the al a carte menu. Nice place, good service. Not many sun loungers at the pool. Sad to hear that the leftovers from the buffet are thrown out and not given to the ones in need. Try to reduce food waste, and at the same time do something good for the ones without much.
