No one stays at Red Roof for high end luxury. This is about good value and a comfortable place to sleep. We came for a graduation at UTenn in Knoxville and this hotel fit the bill. The room is small but clean. The lobby is quiet and there is always a fresh pot of coffee on. The hotel is convenient to the highway and less than 20 minutes to downtown. We would stay there again.

The room was clean the staff was ok the hallway was dirty smelly like cats and dogs . I heard dogs barking a lot very noisy . the pool area was good i enjoyed the indoor pool overall it was a low budget room if your on a budget good price .

Really nice red roof very clean granddaughter said the pool was too cold and small but i didn't have the chance to check it out the only problem i had was the beds they were very uncomfortable the staff was very friendly as always in red roof inns

Would stay again!

This stay was for a weekend football tournament and did everything we needed it to do! The room was clean as well as the hotel as a whole. The pool area was nice sized and the front desk employee was super sweet when we all needed extra towels.

There was a problem on check-in (the toilet would not flush), but it was quickly resolved. I was disappointed that it was not possible to set the air conditioner to a different setting; it kept returning to its pre-set default temperature.
