The room was clean, the common areas were clean. MOST of the staff was helpful. However, we had a poor experience with maintenance. The pool was enjoyable. I requested a room close to the water park side due to my disability and age but, my request was not honored.

The Resort at Governor's Crossing
They have a list of daily activities for the kids. We had the 2 bedroom deluxe condo, and it was perfect for our family.

THE TENNESSEAN Hotel
I have stayed at this property several times and every single time that I come back I am welcomed with the exact same uniform welcome from the time before this is a fantastic place. Highly recommended. The staff is very detailed oriented in the hotel is beyond comfortable.
