"Managed free overnight parking opposite. Worked well combined with family visit. Had a quiet en-suite room plus a bathtub. What a treat. Offerred lots choices for breakfast - standard cost for all options. All the staff I met were lovely. Very friendly and it felt more like a family business than merely ‘corporate’."

"A toilet flush issue on arrival at my room which I mentioned to reception on my way for dinner in the bar. A guy came and found me to say they were unable to fix it that evening and so would like to move me. He offered to move all of my bags while I finished dinner. I was so grateful after a very long drive that day. He was great at breakfast one morning too, really efficient and a credit to the team. All of the staff were lovely but I’d also call out a young lady at breakfast Wed, Thur, Mon - she was super polite and remembered my drink order. Little touches go a long way. The rooms were clean and spacious. Plenty of parking. Great location for the purpose of my visit "
