"The front desk office was locked. Temperatures were near freezing. After calling to notify them I was there to checkin, i still had to wait 10 mins in the cold. When I finally got to my room, it smelled horrible. The lighting in the room was subpar. There was nowhere to hang my clothes. My friends I was visiting refused to let me stay there. I stayed at the hotel for maximum 2 hours to shower and change. It was a storage room for my belongings. "

"We don’t stay -power went out to half of the room, including supplemental space heater that was being used as primary heat because the split unit was louder than an airport. We tried contacting the property owner multiple times, saw the read receipts in the messages and no response - tried sticking it out, couldn’t do it- no follow up and no response to any of the concerns "

"The room was nice and clean, looks like they are doing some loving care to the place. Heat worked great. Only issue we had was we could t connect to the wifi. I was going to ask about it but did t want to bother anyone. And we were only there for the night. "

"We were welcomed with Christmas decor and a goodie bag. The space was wonderful and we wish we had more than three nights and warmer weather. My husband currently has the DigDug high score so tag me if you stay and beat it :) TVs in most of the bedrooms and basement area. This house has everything you could need to feel like home during your stay. We will come back if our son takes a Hershey contract again in the future."
