Fin pool med fantastisk utsikt över havet, god mat i poolbaren! Läget bra för oss som är vana och hittar i närområdet men annars lite ensamt med en bit att köra/gå för affär/restauranger

ปัญหาในการเข้าพัก

จองห้องพักระบุเข้าพัก3 คน แต่พอไปเช้คอิน ตอนเช้คอินไม่แจ้งลูกค้าเลยว่าในห้องพักได้สูงสุด 2 ท่าน หลังจากเข้าห้อง พบเป็นเตียงเดี่ยว ไม่มีเตียงเสริมและได้ออกมาสอบถามพนักงานโรงแรม และพนักงานตรวจสอบ ได้แจ้งว่า ห้องที่เราเลือกเข้าพักได้ 2 คน ทั้งที่เลือกมาว่าเข้าพัก 3 คน จนสุดท้าย โรงแรมช่วยติดต่อทาง hotel.com จนสรุปที่การมาเสริมเตียงให้ หลังจากที่ เช้คอินแล้ว กว่าจะได้พักสรุปใช้เวลามากก

Ok for one night

We booked a pool villa (3 bedrooms). Pro: i) private pool as other villas are not belong to the resort and their owners were not there. It also have massaging jets. ii) quiet beach Con: Dirty, food-smelly house, sticky floor, broken shower.

Resort in the middle of nowhere.

This hotel is mainly a resort that also has hotel rooms. We went in April which is the low season. It was obvious that there were not many guest staying at the hotel. Very few rooms booked. Rooms are of sufficient size but do a really bad job of space utilization. There is only one chair and two small stools that would be suitable for children. Very limited storage space in bedroom and bathroom. There is a nice balcony with a pretty ocean view, but only one recliner and no other chairs or tables. The dinning facility of the hotel is not physically attached to the hotel and is really position to service people staying at the resort. The restaurant has zero ambience or character. A dozen wooden tables and chairs, some inside some out. buffet is served in the restaurant which also doubles as the bar, restaurant and room service. Ice come from the restaurant - 50 baht plus room service charge. The only way this place could be enjoyable is if you have your own car, and I suspect this place was designed more for the locals than for tourists. The closest 7-11/ food store is a 2 km walk down the main highway. There are no taxis or tuk tuks. Decent restaurants are about 15 km away. You can arrange to get a taxi with the front desk to take you there, but there are only one or two taxis who are often not available and the taxis also get a kickback from the hotel. This resort is 4 years old, I would be very surprised if it says open for more than another year or two.

เข้าพัก 3 คน โดยมีการบอกล่วงหน้าเกือบสามอาทิตย์ จองวันที่ 26/03/17 จ่ายเงินเพิ่มสำหรับบุคคลที่ 3 แล้ว อีกเกือบพันบาท แต่พอมาพัก พนักงานไม่เตรียม ผ้าเช็ดตัว หรือเตียงเสริมอะไรให้เลย พอแจ้งไปรอนานๆๆมากๆๆๆ ต้องโทรตามเกินสามรอบ แต่นอกนั้นดีหมด ให้5ดาว

Hôtel et location de villa, propre et tres elle chambre lors de mon séjour . Personnel serviable, piscines très sympas . Les bémols: Hôtel assez mal placé , location de véhicule quasi obligatoire ou taxi car pas de navettes pour aller en ville et pas de restauration le soir . GROS mauvais point : PLAGES SALES VOIR TRES SALES . La région et les locaux ne prennent pas du tout soin de l'environnement ... Désolant !

It not real resort 4star, close to beach

We booked 3bedrooms but they missed our booking from expedia, Staff tried to serve us instead of their mistake booking as well. This place the management quite rundown. Facility not so much. Dirty pool. Breakfast is good.

Nice and quiet.

We had a bungalow and everything was nice and clean. Friendly staff and nice swimming pool. It was overall quite good, the only thing missing was a couple of chairs and a table for the very large roof terrace. Would have been nice to sit up there in the evenings viewing the sea.

Ok hotel for a short stay

The staff were nice. I would reserve again but will check the room carefully after checking in. While checking out we were told that the window drapes were torn and the glasses that we used during our stay was missing and that we were responsible for replacement. We knew that the glasses that we used was there. We had to go back to the room to prove that the cleaning staff made mistake which in fact it was a mistake. However, I was still responsible for damaged drapes which I made a dispute with the front desk telling them the damaged was already there. In short, if you plan to stay at this resort, please check the entire area of your stay including the drapes because you will be responsible for any damages even if you knew, you were not the one who caused the damage.

Confusion in the name of the hotel

In website the name of the hotel is given as Oriental Beach resort. But outside the hotel it is written as Oriental Beach Village and Condo and it makes some confusion. So plz correct the name of the hotel in websites.
