"We recently stayed at this hotel as a family, and it truly exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how beautiful the hotel is. The interiors are stunning — elegant, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. Every space feels luxurious yet welcoming, and the attention to detail in the décor and ambience is remarkable.
The facilities are outstanding. The spa is peaceful, immaculate, and the perfect place to unwind after a day on the slopes. Every area, from our room to communal spaces, was spotless — the hotel’s cleanliness is exceptional. The complimentary shuttle to the ski lift was a fantastic bonus, making our stay seamless and stress-free.
As big food lovers, the dining experience was another highlight. Every meal was sensational — beautifully presented, full of flavour, and crafted with care. The quality was genuinely on par with Michelin-starred restaurants we’ve dined in, and we looked forward to every meal.
The staff made our stay unforgettable — warm, professional, and always going above and beyond. A special mention to the restaurant team, who made every meal not only delicious but truly enjoyable and memorable.
